Maybe Bajaj wants to say the fully loaded weight of P180 is 147kg. P200 had a dry weight of 145kg. My 200 is heavier than my friend's 2 days old 180 . 180 feels like a toy after riding 200.

Most of the junior xbhpians' first bike is pulsar or apache probably and learned riding on these bikes. remember pulsar spares are cheaper than honda and yums.

The best thing according to me is go to a Driving school or borrow a bike from friend learn bike in 1 week , so that there wont be any road fear , and then go for pulsar , dont settle for 100cc bikes. My first bike is apache , i learnt bike on victor , in my opinion first bike or the bike in which you learn shouldnt be 125cc +

i would say it wont make much of a difference..buy wat u like..1st learn from a frnds bike..dont learn on a new bike NEVER!!
then buy Pulsar(if you like it)....
if u r ok wid pulsar135...pulsar 150 also shud b ok for him..he shud not buy a bike just TO LEARN...

only caution is new bike will be lot more agile n nimble..so wen u drive be careful..caution is d word for a few days..

          well nobody mentioned honda twister!!!!
i heard frm my frnd tat its smooth..good mileage n performance

You got it wrong its written right there 'Kerb weight- 147KG'. Which is a differrent term than dry weight. P180 UG3 was 143kg which was lighter than P200 (200's kerb weight was 145Kg). UG4 is heavier.

P135LS will be a good option, if you go for the pulsar brand.
Unciorn will be good if go for Honda's engine refinement
HH Hunk or CBZ-xtreme are also available.
and also Yamaha FZ-16, if you can spent little more and but mileage can be a problem.
Pick up a ride and rewrite yourself to a new Identity.....

                Dear All,

Pls note the FZ is Little bit high on price & Low fuel economy.
One of his brother already purchase p135.He is facing lots of problem with his bike in battery,Engine packing leakage & With bajaj horrible services. So pulsar is cancelled automatically.Apache is very sporty for a new guy like him.Dear any one look that Yamaha SZ-R .how is the bike can any one tell us.
