Yup, i believe, the reserve is somewhere 1.5 ltrs (correct me if i am wrong on this guys!!) but my FZ starts blinking the lights even when the tanks has 2 ltrs or more and i can still run around with the fuel knob on ON mode for quite a lot of kms....Originally posted by eliksir View PostA quote by a toilet, " use me well, keep me clean, i would never tell anybody whatever i have seen.." :P

Still sucks. Even if you have the tank half full, it shows empty when you start it. But after a couple of kilometers, it shows somewhat a decent estimate. Best thing to do is to always have more than the reserve amount and fill whenever it hits reserve.

"it shows empty when you start it"
that is weird, ive never experienced or heard such a prob.
Actually, reaching upto 115 is quick enough for a 14ps machine....i haven't seen any other 150cc machine doing faster than that.Originally posted by Binoy View PostVery true bro, i can add the more time required in attaining the top end speed also to the cons, but mind you its very negligible compared to the same class.Smoke rubber, not tobacco.

From my perspective. Not worth. I use Zma and have removed kicker as soon as I got it. Been riding without it ever since without a single issue for 2 years now. Technology has come a long way since the days when old vehicles comes with engine crank (handle) as standard. We use to have such as jeepOriginally posted by alto View PostIs it worth to install a kicker giving Rs 2.4k-2.5k more than the original onroad value?
. Anyway, There are some that are paranoid about battery going dead and stuff like that. You are more likely to have dozens of other problems other than starting problem. Change battery when its time to change, thats all. Its the same for cars.

Yes you need to renew the insurance every year. Your bike's value and depreciation per year will be calculated by the insurance company and accordingly you can make claims should anything inevitable happen..Originally posted by alto View PostOne thing I want to know that about the insurance. I got quotations where everyone mentioned insurance amount that is around Rs. 1K. Please tell me about the bike insurance. Do I need to pay the amount every year or something?
Don't think so much, make a choice and then go ahead with it.

No problem. Its never used so might as well removed it and lighten the bike a little.Originally posted by Satyamzma View PostWhy you removed kick?? was kicker was causing problem in your riding ??

Btw my bike is lighter than stock as I have removed saree guard, chain cover and kicker. Together, they are pretty heavy.
