    Second Hand Bike at pune

    Hey guys!

    Since i am gonna be there at pune for 2 more years, i thought i will buy a 2nd hand bike here !
    the running would be low, 10-15 kms a day .
    My budget is 35k maximum.
    Looking out for unicorn or stunner or pulsar 135,150.
    What about apache? it has lower resale values, so i would be able to get a newer bike for this range but I have heard of maintenance issues with apache , which is not attractive
    I dont know much about the second hand bike prices at pune, but i guess this can fetch me a decent bike to use for 2 years!
    Main concern is the reliability, i dont want to spend a lot of money on service
    People from pune , if u guys can be kind enough to let me know any bikes which comes in your way Lunch at barbeque nation if u get me a good deal

    And
    what kind of prices should i look for 3-4 year old unicorn/stunner or pulsar 150, 180??

      If you are looking for second-hand bikes head to nanapeth.
      there are many second hand bike dealers there.
      if u have a trusted mechanic take him along as the dealers dont have a problem with a mechanic opening up the bike for checking.
      I dont know about 3-4 years old but a pulsar 150 ug2 costs somewhere between 25-35k
      Apache 150 costs around 30k

      if you do go for pulsar get it checked thoroughly before buying as it is the bike that s messed with more than others...

        ^^ dude, Had a visit to nana peth and decided i wont buy a bike from there!
        If there is one bike there whose odo is not edited, I will eat my words!!
        and they quote prices like 50k for 2007 Unicorn :P lol,
        I dont have a trusted mechanic at pune, cos i dint have a bike here till now :P

              i know it is difficult finding a good bike in nanapeth but thats the only place to go to if you want secondhand bikes in pune...
              only other option is someone selling their bike privately
              try bikes4sale.in too might find some bikes there

                  i have an old pulsar 150 classic lying in my own parking thats looking for a new home....

                  hasnt been run for 6-7months and is in dire need of sum tlc....
                  needs just a full servicing and tuning and its good to go

                  would save u a lotta cash for your riding gear too

                    Try sulekha, we recenlty bought a karizma for 38k 2007 model

                    try and buy it from the owner itslef....

                      my bro had bought a Zma, lastyear from xBhp classifieds! 35k for 2006 model, was a bargain! Looking at every classifieds online but most of the times, the prices are exorbitant!!
