        Huh !!!!.....

When did Splemdour Pro started giving 90kmpl ?????

If Splendour pro use to give 80kmpl also then no would have buied any other bikes in 100/125 cc in india.
        It gives around 65kmpl to 70kmpl +/-.

And Unicorn 70 kmpl a 150cc bike delivering such a huge mileage. Unicorn is near 50-55kmpl.

if unicorn gives such average than very soon Pulsar series/ Yamaha FZ and other 150cc would be shut closed.

To the OP, do u want to really buy the bike or is this just a general question? If u have the money to buy a duke i.e. 1.2 lacs then i say just buy a 200ns for 80k and get a Yo bike for the other 30 k. Commute on battery power and tour on weekends on petrol.

pulsar 200ns is surely not for 80k, i think its approx 1lac on road.

and who wants to waste time on yo bikes for traveling at ****ing slow speed?

We don't have better provisions for YoBike facilities else this would have been a mega change in motor bike industries..... Still way ahead to go !!!

City rides means you are in between 4th and 5th gear, speed varies 40kmph to 65kmph. Frequent change of gears and braking !!!

So you should get atleast 35kmpl to 38kmpl. recently i spoke to 4 CL350 owners you ride at same time when i leave for office. They 4 say that they get 40kmpl+ , even they quote that they get some time 45kmpl manytimes. But i see them they ride at crusing speed and no worries of world at all, 50kmph to 70kmph. I never saw them ripping thier RE.
                  Thanks for the info dude

Actually I am a rookie rider who has just moved on biking so I am trying to gain as much info. About biking as possible... earlier my parents had not allowed me bike so I used non gear scooter and car but now I have got my first bike RE Classic 350 and let me tell you riding it really feels like heaven... I don't think I would have njoyed this much on any other sporty bike like Karizma ZMR or even Honda CBR 250R

Always had bullet in my heart and now a proud owner of one so milage really does not matter but still just gaining knowledge specialy when petrol is 75 rs a litre and is cruising towards 100 rs with Congress 2 more years in Govt.

My first tank fill was of 800. Rs...

My bike has passed 250 kms in 8-10 days... as soon as the bike would get in reserve I would know how much average I am getting

I own classic 350 too, 8K plus completed, I consistently get mileage of around 35 to 37 in city and on highway around 43-45 but let me tell you it's heaven, its sheer and pure pleasure to ride an Enfield, well I would share my complete ownership experience
