Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

if that's the only criteria then you have just three choices.. Fz and 200NS in naked, Fazer in Semi faired.

200NS may not give 40 mileage in city.

Is he also game for Stunner?

        ns eyes-closed.
and the question remains why do i race?
every finishing line is the begining of a new race.

#i have learnt to manipulate my own adrenaline and the perception of biking is different.
        #overkill is underrated.
#how random roads may appear there is always a destination.sigpic
#i don't subscribe to co-incidence,either it is the rider or the other moron on the road

(:)people keeps on saying add spark to life, bajaj got hold of that idea and added an extra spark to bike.

1.Looks are subjective-If its top priority better spend 20k more and get a R15V2.0 or settle with FZ-S or a yellow200ns(my fav).
2.If you need a minimum mileage of 40 in city conditions better go for low powered/cc bikes.
3.I think he should better get a FZ-S.
4.Also if he likes new apache better go for rtr180abs.
Whenever i see bikes or cars i see adrenalin pumps instead of people carriers.Thats the way to define an automobile.

When you talk mileage of minimum 40kmpl then

            1. RTR 180 ABS. It's good and awesome!!
            2. NS200
            3. P220
            4. Dazzler
            5. RTR 160 Dual Disc
            6. CBZ or Hunk Dual Disc
            7. FZ

Looks being subjective, I would suggest your friend to TD the 200NS, Fazer and R15 v2.
Of all the above, the Fazer may not give 40kmpl in city, but the R15 v2 does.

He is a tall rider so a big no to r15/rtr series and he is very much inclined to the new FZ-S but he is hesitating because of it is mileage

If mileage is a concern then Stunner or Discover St125 only!!
                    NS200 won't give you a good average..

Anything above 40 should concider a good average bike or else Platina, Splendor & all are there just to get average
