Like and need are two seperate things to decide.

Need is something which keeps a person happy over than a look's choice.

You are grown up person you can self judge which is better for you, isn't it ?

    1. Check your pocket!
    2. Do you really need it ?(Even I love GT650 then should I buy it on EMI or investment 5L+??)
    3. Where will you ride it ? city or highway ?
    4. Mileage ?
    5. Comfort

These five points will help you realise your need and make a right decision!!

      4. Mileage ?
      35-40 will be good

      5. Comfort

These five points will help you realise your need and make a right decision!!

AM planning to keep this bike for atleast 3 years and also to be satisfied with its looks and performance.. FZ/ Fazer are very common in my locality.. hence a more recent bike..

tried out duke today and man it completely changed my mind on buying the cbr. its really got a punch and the multifunction display is just too good.the acceleration of the bike is amazing plus its got better features(buttons and all ) than a cbr 150r plus additional 50cc for just a price rise of 6k-7k . also rode a ninja 250r , liked the bike but not gonna get it as my first bike. does any one know the launch date of the duke 200 ABS ?

If you ride CBR or P220 or NINJA sanely then there won't be any problem. What a biker has to know is : 1. know own bike.2. Handling3. Braking4. alert mind and eyes. And you are ready to ride any bike. Few rides over a bike makes you comfortable with the bike. Riding in a traffic or open highway is something which you have to learn daily. Nothing else to think. you have your friend CBR right! So why don't you ride that CBR for 2-3 days in same road where you would be travelling, you will get fare idea over our suggestions. This would be more practical.

Go for the NS 200, that bike is pure fun to ride, quite practical too.

See windblasts are going to be there no doubt, the bike is capable of going much more than 130 without any problems, the key is to crouch. Once you are tucked in the wind resistance is decreased. Every motorcycle which has power is capable of delivering that much promised performance but there is a tact in yielding that, for the NS crouching helps.

NS will do 120+ in any scenario....it's engine is good powered machine! NS is naked so wind blast effect would be more and there is no visor on NS, So you can't help it. But 120kmph can be done easily.

Yep you can change it, But some SVC might act against it and void warranty on your bike. It's better to ask your SVC.
