one more piece of advice @ShreySri .. getting this much confused won't help you.. you either buy a bike or leave the idea..
when i bought my bike 2 years back, i clearly chose 2 bike.. R15v2, if i had that much budget or FZ, if i have less.. and i bought FZ for the same reason..
when you looking at Ninja 300, you shouldn't look at the budget.. 4L isn't a small amount and when you are willing to shed that much.. get over soon and start enjoying the ride soon..

Neither is it necessary for me to explain to you what you have no use of. This just reminded myself of an old quote so I'm just gonna stick to the topic. The Ninja is a better machine overall than the Duke. If the TS has the money, l'd advise him to do the same. If not let him get whatever he wants.
