      No.. you are absolutely wrong..

I have many friends who have the 200ns.. not a problem to them.. they are using it since its launch..

If you have decided to buy one.. go ahead.. its a revolutionary bike..
If i had given a choice and if had the bidget.. would have bought the 200ns.. rather than hero hunk..
I needed decent perfomance machine so did not shortlisted..

      Cheers!

I own a ns and has ridden apache rtr of my friend a lot, ns hives good fuel efficiency if you follow run in period it can clock above 140 and breaking is excellent, comfortable to ride.
Apache is also very decent bike but its old now , I liked apache for its control.
Ket me assure about spares they aren't that costly less than Japanese and as far maintenance go engine oil change after 3k km will keep it smooth, vibrations have been rectified in new batches.

Apache is tested products but old tech . So I suggest ns . And Karizma R no experience with it

In 1 lakh rupees, P200NS is the most VFM bike, is better than other two in most of the things and is more powerful, more advanced.

The other two are kindof outdated technology now.

From my ownership experience, pulsars being carp bla bla is more of a myth, definitely they used to lack in refinement and finish. For example an zmr have better finish than p220.

But 200ns is much ahead of last generation pulsars.

220 even with inferior finish managed sell because of its Performance edge. That motor had enough juice everywhere. Top end wasn't bad either. and this is definitely not enough to outrun a proven bike karizma in sales chart. 220 is one extensively used bike by torturers in this country. Even while sustaining continuous high rpm runs for hours they proven good enough.not fragile at all.

Now ns is liquid cooled. All other bikes discussed here have an air cooled motor.and an inferior chassis.

Notable difference between engines of ns and duke 200 are:

NS have an sohc set up while duke is dohc. Ns is carbutetted bike, duke is fi. So basically cam and valve set up must be different. Ns uses 3 spark plugs in the head to get a bit more combustion efficiency. Bottom part of the motor must be almost same. Not sure about the gearing. However duke have a crisper throttle response due to nice fuelling with Bosch efi. Ns' motor felt a bit more smoother than duke's.

Not to say that ns is all bad. It's good to remember that, there is as much difference as similarity compared to the duke motor.

That's why duke costs more, 200 ns on other hand not only the revolutionary pulsar but they used duke 200 goodies and also provided better fuel efficiency 40kmpl city and 50 highway 4 me at least and no 200 ns won't get shitty after a year just change engine oil after 2.5k km and servicing after 5k km

                Its truly a myth...
I bought my P200NS on 23 June, 2012 and its been 1 years, 5 months, and 12 days that i've ben riding it.
I've done 18,000+kms on it already...clocked 140Km/h on NH8...toured cross-state and it has given me no problem till date.
Additionally, any bike you buy, you need to care for it...
People don't even care changing the engine oil or even the regular servicing, and say the bike is bad...which is wrong.
It is the most VFM bike around.
PS: It still gives me around 45 Km/L if ridden at ~70Km/hr on highways. and ~40Km/L in city.

How can you do 140Kmph when company itself claimed TopSpeed at 135Kmph

Speedo error is a thing of beauty. I have seen 152 on my 220's speedo.

He is the second member to claim he achieved 140 on the NS. Thats the reason I try using gps from my phone to measure the speed on my bike.
Worst I observed was on a p220 when I was pillion. Speedo showed 136 and gps showed 122.

@TS : Pulsars are never known for endurance. But, for NS its too early to call. From all your requirements put together Karizma looks the choice for you. As someone said wait for another month and take the new zma, it fulfills all your needs, service / spare part costs are debatable though.

Firstly please use normal fonts, sad to see that no members have said this thing and please don't use this kind of fonts, looks odd. . .

Now coming to your matters, any bike for that matters has its set of pros and cons, I have rode all the three bikes you wanted extensively or at least for some time and I can put forth my views one by one here. . .
                          1. Apache RTR180 - Best street bike, goes zip zap in the traffic, good performance, TVS racing bike, can scream all day at redline even without any stress. . . Brakes are simply awesome, no top end but, just 125kph (anything showing above this is a speedo error). . . The tires suck, if you can cope with the vibrations, you'll have a beautiful bike. . .

Karizma R - It's one of the coolest bikes, old is gold they say, refined engine, can take good beatings and good for highways too. . . The only lack is that it feels a bit down to power, also design seems to be outdated, so have a look at the new karizma in flesh and decide. . . Overall, decent bike with decent handling, performance and brakes, good for highways. ..

Pulsar 200NS - This is a whole new pulsar, I have ridden previous gen pulsars and also this and I can see there has been a hell lot of difference between the two. . . This has good power, good top end, can cruise at 100+ all day, good handling, powerful brakes, sucky tires , please get it changed when you buy them, . . Other than that, it's a wonderful bike, everything goes on how you maintain it. . .

This is my set of points, have a test ride of all three and see which you feel is good and book that, you won't regret any of the three. . . Good luck and please use REGULAR FONT. . .

                          Cheers!!!

Problem with phone GPS is that it takes sustained high speeds to register. Best speed I have seen on GPS on 220 is 137 kmph. It may have done couple more at beat if I am riding.
