dint went through the complete thread. just read the first post and replying on the basis of requirements you posted. and i must say, your requirements are much elaborative to suggest you without asking much questions.
first i would say NO for R15 due to following reasons
1. your usage would be offroad (rural, ill maintained roads) too hence you would need high GC, less fairing and upright position which R15 lack.
2. less low end grunt needed for stop and go traffic.
3. FI, which is great technology but ruins faster if fuel provided is adulterated may cause problems in middle of nowhere.
4. its nice highway bike but not great for hills.
now coming to NS, i dont have NS but rode it for good 600 kms trip to my friend's native with pillion for almost all the times. i will recommend you the same for your requirements minus race track usage as i dint visited track till date.
1. superb braking
2. nice mileage. i got 39 kmpl on highways riding between 80-120kmph. and 35kmpl on rural road. method of figuring out mileage is TF 2 TF.
3. better control on Indian roads. thanks to chassis design and upright sitting position.
4. not as great as R15 while cornering but not that bad. corners are doable with this machine with ease as compared to Uncorn, Apache, Extreme.
5. long last 3 gears for highway usage.
6. easily flickable and nice low end grunt for city riding.
7. nice throttle response.
now coming to negative sides.
1. i am 5'8" and i feel seat height is bit more for my height. a test ride will help you to figure it out for you.
2. stock tires are good but not match with the byber brakes.
3. horn needs upgrade on specially on highways.
4. pillion seat is not much comfortable but its better as compared to R15 V2.
this is what all i had.
think twice and decide.
