Re: which Bike to buy???
Those doesn't have vibes coz those are 150.They don't generate the amount of power and torque 200 has.Originally posted by kany1991 View PostRide fz gixxer and as back yo back and ull feel the vibrations

Even a vbr250r has vibes coz one has to understand its a single cylinder

Re: which Bike to buy???
My advice - As a commuter, stay away from faired bikes. Also, when you are stuck in traffic and there is a pillion, a naked bike will always be better.
Gixxer is a great bike. But, if your wife might not feel very comfortable sitting pillion. The pillion seat is high.
Choose between FZ2.0 and Unicorn. FZ lacks a bit in terms of power but makes up for that through FI. The pillion seat of Uni160 is perhaps the best among these three. If possible take a prolonged ride of these bikes from friends/rentals with your wife to get the feeling as to how comfortable the seating is.
150AS is the most powerful of the lot but I doubt whether you'll ever use the power in its fullest.A bike on the road is worth two in the shed.

That sad smiley is for the fact that the seat is too high, or for the fact that you're married.

Read the ownership thread and you will see. There are crazy vibes after 3-4 months. And nobody can figure out how or why.Originally posted by kany1991 View PostGo wid gixxer smoothest engine till now wid good performance or as200 if you want more performance for bucks and deal with the crazy vibrations
True.Originally posted by yamaboy View PostSmoothest engine in gixxer?
Bro I think you haven't tried the fz fi yet

Yes I still say it doesn't have vibes.I own this bike and it doesn't have.Originally posted by HyperRetard View PostRead the ownership thread and you will see. There are crazy vibes after 3-4 months. And nobody can figure out how or why.

The only vibes they are taking about is the console becoming lose. If someone opens it and tighten the screw's it will be smooth again . that's about it

Re: which Bike to buy???
New FZ is actually quite sad. Absolutely no power feel for a bike which costs so much.
Gixxer (better low end) and AS (better top end) are much better machines. Can't comment on new Unicorn as yet to ride one

Re: which Bike to buy???
fz isnt as bad as stated it has the best build quality under a lac , it is the lightest here , its the smoothest , fe for me 44-48 , has the best reliability , pillion comfort is better, cheapest to maintain.. I used to own a 220 2013 model before fzfi .still I am much faster on fz and even after 200kms I used to be far less fatigued . .so dont judge it on mere test drive...and refinment n reliability is not a forte of bajaj...want a long term bike always go for Japanese. ..lOriginally posted by MG View PostNew FZ is actually quite sad. I rode the Gixxer and it is an amazing machine for the given 150cc and it is very smooth and vibration free. The exhaust sound is also very good from those twin exhaust ports.
Attaching a few photos of the Gixxer SF.

Re: which Bike to buy???
Thats not me on the race cup bike. As evident from the watermark on the photo, this was taken from Suzuki's facebook page.
The dealer is not agreeing for SF test drive but offered Gixxer instead for a short ride.FIAT-Yamaha enthusiast
