Are you ok with ~40 kmpl mileage?
FZ v2 is good, AS 150 has poor low end torque but good lighting. Spares relatively a bit cheaper than Yamaha.

Overall, I'd prefer FZ for its rideability in city.

Take test rides of both and decide.
Also, try Unicorn 160, Suzuki GS 150R (a very old model, but is lovely on the highway; a little slow for city use though!) and Gixxer.
        Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.

          Gixxer or gixxer sf.

Pillion might suffer a little bit, but not a deal breaker. Best 150cc motor available and the sf has lots of oomph to it.

Rode my friend's sf and damn!!! That thing is butter smooth.

          Cheers,
          Sanjay

FZ would be the best, if you are considering pillion as well..

Unicorn 160. Best in the class. Good mileage, Better pillion comfort(if you are worried about them too), Driveability inside city is a bliss. No issues. Honda spares for this machine atleast should be easily available.

If 160 doesnt appeal you, then Gixxer. Pillion comfort might take a hit. Depends on the pillion if they are ready to sit like on a horse-saddle (can compensate a bit). But for long hauls > 50kms, it will be difficult for your co-passenger.

              Gixxer part is purely IMO.

I agree with TheArcher84, Unicorn 160 would be a better package in comparison to others.
In case if you want sporty looks, the Gixxer twins will serve your purpose better.

                    Re: which Bike to buy???

I would say that you try to replace AS150 with AS200 in your shortlist and also please consider adding Gixxer SF to the shortlist. Fellow members have already added the point regarding the bikes you have mentioned so talking just about the Gixxer SF here.

I rode the Gixxer and it is an amazing machine for the given 150cc and it is very smooth and vibration free. The exhaust sound is also very good from those twin exhaust ports.

Attaching a few photos of the Gixxer SF.

As200 doesn't have any vibes at all.
