    Its the 200.

    I had a budget of 80K, but then I got a refund of 15K from an unexpected source(yeah, miracles happen )
    So with 95K, I thought it would be prudent to put in another 10K

      I took a Test-ride of the Gixxer SF (Carb), the AS 200 and the RS 200 the past week.

      As expected, the Gixxer felt low on power but the handling was spot on. I also missed the 6th gear. Also the FI variant will be launched a few months down the line and I don't want to wait that long. So the Gixxer's out of my shortlist.

      Rode the AS and RS back-to-back, found both adequately powerful but the RS felt more refined and smoother with crisper throttle response, due to the Fuel Injection. But IMO the premium of ₹31000/- over the AS for the Non-ABS variant is not justified.

      So, I'm having a hard time deciding between the AS and the RS. Or do I wait for 10 months until February 2017 when I can hopefully get better options such as the Gixxer 250, Pulsar CS 400, BMW G310R, Benelli Tornado 302, etc. Also issues regarding the reliability of Eider CFmoto motorcycles in India will be clearer by then.

          as200 anyday in blue. RS is a bit overdone.
