I was also confused between the CBR 250R and the Duke 390. CBR is pretty old, Duke is not so traffic friendly, RE is for uncles, Mojo has ugly headlights, TNT25 has issues.

Plus, I won't spend ~2L and get a non ABS bike.
G310R is not coming soon and will definitely be priced close to 3L. ABS is always nice to have but not a must(That is more of a personal choice). Riding skills matter more. ABS can only prevent wheel lockup but may not save you in other scenarios(Cornering; unless you have a bike with cornering ABS). IMO one should not take a decision depending on the ABS option. There is so much more to look out for.

G310R will be priced under 2.5L for sure.

And no matter how good rider one is ABS saves lives under panic braking conditions.. You don't know when someone jumps in front of you.. I was in bed for 3 weeks when I panicked and braked hard seeing a dog coming out of nowhere on the road. My foot fried under the exhaust until people came and pulled the bike.

I did consider the g310r but that won't suit how I ride. I prefer a calm relaxed bike.
Also that would be expensive and its gonna come next year.
I hope you're all fine now!
        That's bad to know.

To be honestly, I'm pretty much sold on the bullet.

I wonder what will happen from next year, aren't all 150cc bikes suppose to have ABS mandatory?

        Doesn't abs assist in braking?

Yes, all new bikes need to have ABS from 2017, existing bikes need to be upgraded by 2018

And yes, ABS helps in braking too

One clarification, ABS is one of the most useful features, the number of times its saved me is beyond count.
Coming to your dilemma, you clearly seem fixated on the bullet, so don't worry too much in that case, and go for it

First of all , 310R is into linear delivery so how come its not falling into calm relaxed bike?
And you think riding enfield in city traffic will be calm?

Expensive, not launching, when launching depends how much you want to spend. Did you write when you are planning to buy your bike?

Now coming to ABS, whats the harm in having in additional safety, being over confident on riding skills is the biggest mistake today's generation do.

You have decided on bullet, good for you. now go and buy it, if you keep coming up with all these questions which honestly (I say again) proves how much confused you are just for a bike.

Have to be blunt, this thread is just going nowhere for the past few days.

I won't be ridding that fast so 310 was never an option.
                  Also, delayed launch.
When I Say relaxed I mean Is I can ride it at low speed without knocking the engine.
My experience with both the bikes mentioned in the thread made me pick an Enfield.
Yeah it might be heavy and difficult to maneuver, but Ill manage that.

                  Bullet 350 it is.
