As I've some contacts in rto at my place I'm getting registration done by myself. But dats not an issue as the dealer from where you buy the bike will get it registered within one or two days. Only thing is your ride will have the registration number of the dealer's place. But according to me that's not a problem at all.

Re: Help Me to Finalise Bike for Daily Highway Usage of 100 KM
Why haven't you considered the pulsar AS200? It has all the benefits of the 220 but with a better monoshock suspension. I have owned a p220 in the past and bought one again as there is simply no other bike that has as much VFM and practicality , and I would suggest the AS200 as it has the better suspension and also better and working RVMsOriginally posted by NainHardeep View PostThanks once again. And completely agreed on comfortable riding part. Will try to visit Showroom in coming weekend to explore and close.

Thanks Prakash. I was actually interested for AS200 initially but removed due to a bit high saddle height, niggles reported here in XBHP, SVC incompetencies to service it, etc. P220, I am comfortable with height.Originally posted by prakash86 View PostWhy haven't you considered the pulsar AS200? Then go for the 220...somehow the latest version has a crisper throttle response and better shock damping compared to the first gen p220 dtsi...i am planning to get rid of the centre stand and also weld the p135 RVMs for better visibilityOriginally posted by NainHardeep View PostThanks Prakash. And my older p220 never had fairing vibes though i had the heavier apache rtr rvms on it

Dear All members, thanks for spending time and providing suggestions.
Although, now I have 90% finalised 1 bike out of 2 - Pulsar 220 / Avenger Street 220. But since I have time till October 2016- would like to know if any new bike will be launched during this time which I shall look and wait considering by daily ride of 100 K.M. On highway.
Thanks a lot once again in advance.

RTR 300, Pulsar VS400, BMW G310R but all these would be a premium..Originally posted by NainHardeep View PostDear All members, thanks for spending time and providing suggestions.

Vibrations will kill it. seats are a little hard and sporty riding stance. Other than that the bike is pretty good.. test ride it and see how comfortable you are..Originally posted by NainHardeep View PostRTR 200 is not available with dealers in my city. Re: Help Me to Finalise Bike for Daily Highway Usage of 100 KM
RTR 180 ABS owner here, also have a daily up+down of 80kms on the NH-71.
The bike is great in terms of power and pickup but as advised by others Vibes and hard seat would be a letdown on this bike, especially when u will commute 100 kms daily.
Having test ridden the apache 200 i would recommend it over the other bikes listed in the thread since have ridden almost all of them. Would suggest you to give a serious attention to this bike and advise to test drive it if possible before making any decision. Its a very well refined bike.
My personal preference would be the RS200 if the budget could be stretched, as its the perfect highway cruiser especially the top end is superb where apache 200 lets down. Love the way the RS200 cruises upto 150 mark without much grin.

Re: Help Me to Finalise Bike for Daily Highway Usage of 100 KM
I hope it's not 150km/h. Rs200 is real good bike but ass will be pain in the ass do consider this aspect before getting a bit techy bike from bajaj..you never now when you would have to check their technical prowness. .Originally posted by coolrider180 View PostLove the way the RS200 cruises upto 150 mark without much grin.

Re: Help Me to Finalise Bike for Daily Highway Usage of 100 KM
Thanks coolrider for providing unbiased review of RTR180. And on RTR200, sadly none of dealer ( 2 in my city) is ready to even take booking for the same. After reading so many good thing, I would have booked with out even TD but somewhere read that saddle height is bit on higher side and at my height, it might not be well managed by me.Originally posted by coolrider180 View PostRTR 180 ABS owner here, also have a daily up+down of 80kms on the NH-71.

RS200 is not my cup of tea as I am a banker by profession and somehow downside that flashy look. I am a sedate driver as well who will rarely go above 90 or may be 100.
Thanks once again.
