Yes I get that, my odo gna be clocking so hard, the thing is I've worked as freelance graphic designer for past 1 year, before that I was in a company, so the recent 6months I had no payment slips, so they declined my loan process, I'm taking full cash from my dad, and I will pay him monthly, so the bank process can get rid of my way.. now a bomb on my head, ninja is not available for booking... sad.. what's your opinion on TNT 300 ?Originally posted by dnewguy View PostLast edited by punisher; 12-30-2016, 03:54 PM.

Re: TNT 300 or NINJA 300
In one of the threads I actually discussed this same issue, basically that the service interval of Binelli vs Kawasaki. But talking to a few people I realize that both in the long run costs just about the same... not exactly but near the same amount. Binellis take more services but then their parts are cheaper than the Kawasaki. Kawasaki had the advantage of Baja service centres but not sure if that'll still workout! To many Binelli has more to offer for the eyes & the ears over the other while the other one has more to offer on the performance front.
Knowing that your personal finance is in a bit of tight spot would you really want this highend upgrade? if I were in your place I'd rather wait-out till March17 for bike launches. If a new bike with a comfy posture is urgent than I don't see much wrong in the Dominar. Which can command a good resale value within a year/two when you'll have the cash to splurge on a performance bike.

Need to buy a bike but confused between the benelli tnt300 and the ninja 300
guys i live in mumbai and wanted to buy a bike.
my choice were the benelli 300 and the ninja 300
I dont want a bike thats too aggressive on its riding posture as i tend to get a backache.
need a bike that fits my body perfectly as im 6ft tall and have long hands and legs which caused a big issue in the apache that i own now.
i dont do track days or tours so easily.
maybe once a year for 150kms max.
The service cost should be too damn high.
i mean nominal service charges because i have to thandle my other expenses too
want a premium bike feel and a big bike.
want something thats a head turner too
moreover mainly i need COMFORT for me and the pillion that i ride with daily to work with.
some say the service cost for the ninja 300 and tnt 300 can go upto 7k.
but could you guys please confirm that and let me know what would be the actual charges?
moreover i can at max stretch my budget to 4.23lakhs thats for the ninja 300
the benelli costs here on road 3.85lakhs.
could you please help me with this confusion and sort it out for me.
and i didnt like the duke390 or the new upcoming bikes.
hence chose both these bikes listed above
also yes i tend to get a wrist pain riding my apache which i surely want to avoid.

Re: Need to buy a bike but confused between the benelli tnt300 and the ninja 300
Yes, even I'm looking for more info on service charges, I mean the basic which I have to spend every 2 months, I'm pretty sure ill clock 4K in 2months or so, regarding Ninja 300, right now they are not taking any bookings, atleast here in Bangalore, not sure about Mumbai.. ill tell you straight away as I'm 6ft2, I felt so much comfortable when I was test driving the benelli, ninja is quite good, but not as good as tnt 300, trust me I don't know about other ownership feels or anything, for me the moment I rode that bike I felt in love, such a soft characteristics.. I cant say the same for ninja and R3, those 2 are really aggressive machines, well built too.. choice is urs.. 4-5K per 4K kms is what I'm guessing for the service.. or like others if u can wait, there are few more bikes launching soon, even tnt 300 with ABS.. not sure about the date tho.. for me I cant wait that long, everyday without a new vehicle is like nitemare for me.Originally posted by Raaj Rane View Postguys i live in mumbai and wanted to buy a bike.

Re: TNT 300 or NINJA 300
Since you've to commute 60 kms in Bangalore traffic, the TNT 300 would provide you with better riding position and lesser stress for the body if you're riding thought traffic. Nevertheless it'll provides you pleasure on the freeways too. So to TNT 300 should be the better buy.Originally posted by punisher View PostHello folks, after a long im back to XBhp, i need help, ill keep it simple.. my options are TNT300 or NINJA 300, i love ninja for its look, performance and its also comfortable, i love TNT 300 for its awesome inline 2 feel, comfortable position, and offcourse it looks nice with the dual color accent and wider looks, i do daily commute around 60kms per day in bangalore traffic, from Ecity to Whitefield, so roughly 1200kms - 1500 kms per month, and tour once in a month.. so im worried about the service intervals and the charges, seems both bike are expensive when it comes to servicing, is it compulsary to get it serviced at 3000kms ?? and how about the quality, since its beeen a year, i just want to hear about the servicing quality and bike quality.. ninja is 4.2lakhs in bangalore, and 3.7 lakhs for TNT 300.. ive already paid 10k to benelli showroom, my mind it getting tilted between ninja 300 green and benelli 300 white... ive TD'ed both vehicle, i like both.. thats the problem. lol

Re: TNT 300 or NINJA 300
I can see that you are a Yamaha fan! Am no Yamaha fan! I look at what my requirements are and I buy according to it.. If my budget allows me to buy a Ninja 300, I would go for it. But instead of spending that extra 50k on the Ninja, I would prefer to spend that money on better riding gears and remaining on fuel!! Hence my choice would be the R3Originally posted by Shoutingdynamo318 View Postyeah...but he asked about ninja and benelli.Even i would have chosen R3 as i am a yamaha fanSplendor - 2k to 2006

Re: TNT 300 or NINJA 300
Me too an Yamaha fan here and almost decided on R3. But having read about R3 issues (especially error code 19) and Yamaha's seemingly non-supportive attitude, I am torn between R3 and Ninja 300...Originally posted by rreneav1987 View PostDifferent priorities.. if I had that money, I would go for a R3..
Waiting to see if R3 will get an update this year !
24th Jan may also be an interesting option - not sure though !

Re: TNT 300 or NINJA 300
Reviving this old thread, Hi Punisher, wanted to know inputs from you? I am more or less in the same predicament as you were (my choices are Duke 390 or TNT300) but I am inclined more towards TNT300. Since you have been with your beauty for more than 8 months now so wanted to know your inputs on:Originally posted by punisher View PostThanks, Ive booked TNT 300 white today, will get it before 18th Jan..
1. Does the bike feels out of breath on highways?
2. How does it fare with a pillion?
3. How are her hillside/ghat manners? do you need to choke the life out of her during ascent?
4. How is the bike quality considering it is owned by 'chinese' company now.
5. Does it heat up like KTMs?
6. I have heard that the service schedule is changed under Happy Savings Plan, could you please let me the know the serivce interval now?
7. lastly, does the service schedule make you wanna rob a bank?
thanks in advance!
