3. Touring once in a while ( I have toured on old duke from Bangalore to goa)

Office is just 6km away so not worried about heating...

Here how I look on both bikes

The Duke 390 buddy. Again i am just going by the heart and the pics. If you can afford it, then why not. Else Dominar also is a good option at a relatively low price.

Looking at your DP i can guess you have already followed your heart which is what I did as well. Please follow your heart and get the Duke. Yes the Dominar is practical but you look better on the Duke in my opinion.

Thanks bro....... I've eventually followed heart ♥ like you all did ....... I even bought the helmet before hand for my new beast 😀

After long thought process and following ownership posts of others, i finally booked Duke 390 yesterday. As per dealer waiting period is 45 days to 60 days, hope i'll get ASAP

Hi Friends,

Currently I own TVS APACHE RTR 180, been six years I am riding it... Mostly city ride... Sending Apache to my brother and planning to upgrade...
Test drive completed for both Dominar and Duke 390... Fully confused... My requirements are mostly city ride... Rarely I'll go for trips...
Both the bikes I felt they are great VFM... My budget was around 2Lakh... I can stretch a bit...
Duke 390 has felt awesome while riding except the heat (I didn't wear shoes that time) and Fan noise which I can hear it inside my helmet as well..
Dominar was more relaxed except I felt the bike bit heavy... Suspension was stiff...
I'm 31 years old...

Please suggest me friends...

According to me, only if you are hitting the highways for rides you can choose on the options you have mentioned. If its only city, you can go for FZ25 which would suffice the requirement.

When it comes to dominor or D390. i have rode both of these machies, Dominor is slightly better for its relaxed riding dynamics. Rather than the vigorous raw power from the D390.

You are actually suggesting him something lacking ABS.

I had an R3 without ABS and had absolutely no problems with it..
