Hey AbiRam, I may sound a bit crazy , but Divya saran's comment seems most appropriate to me.

I was myself looking for my 1 year old Himalayan replacement, zeroed on Benelli TNT 300, took TD on 1,2 July, sold my Himalayan on 11 July, gave same amount as DP and got my new green Benelli TNT 300 on 14 July..

.Personally I am very impulsive in these kind of decisions, if you wait more it is never gonna happen.
Still it is every individual's own decision and comfort, so no offense to any one, its your decision at the end, just wanted to encourage you a bit more..

Well I have at least a decade more to reach middle ages moreover I am not going to wait for that long, like my previous post I may decide to wait another year and settle my finance to take the big step or I may take 300cc bike and be contempt with it. One thing is for sure that if I postpone my plan a little more, my other important responsibilities will take big hit.

I kept postponing my upgrade every year and guess what? I spent all the money thinking I can save it later. Then the biggest thing happened. I was going to become a father which is when I decided, it is now or never and do or die situation for me. Which is when I planned my upgrade.. had plans to go for a new Ninja 300 but I always had a soft corner for the Ninja 250 so started looking out for it in the Used market! Just 3 months before I became a father (Aug 2016) I made my decision final and made the purchase! Now I am a happy owner of a beautiful Ninja 250R and a father of a beautiful baby girl. Had I not made my decision to buy a bike before the birth of my daughter, I am pretty sure I would have never bought a bike.. the moment, the baby was born. The only thing I could start thinking of was to save money for her..
