If you want plenty of power, excellent handling and that awesome ride than just close ur eyes and go for RTR180. That bike will just blow you away with its handling. Throw her in a corner at 80km/hr and she wont break a sweat. Scrape ur knee sliders and do everything. Shez too good. Only thing i dnt like about her is the vibration, vibrations get annoying as u reach higher in the rev-band. In city rides its more like a "feedback" from engine, but in long rides it can get really annoying. If you take a pillion along than they are sure gonna complain about the vibes.

Tires are Okay in dry, but u NEED better tyres on a bike as capable as A180.

dude even i was in the same dilemma....i had to choose between pulsar 180 and rtr180....i never rode these bikes and i used to ride splendor before...i asked my friends in xbhp and i decided to go for rtr180..i didnt even go for a test ride...i just bought it and its a wonderful bike...i dont ride faster but pulsarians who are around me purposely try to ride faster and overtake me! every pulsarian knows how fast rtr is and they just cant digest the fact!!! i have a white rtr180 and my 1st service was done yesterday.....gud luck ...

I simply could'nt agree to that. Scraping knees and RTR would'nt break a sweat, that is an overdose. I know it is not as bad but it is not as good as you are saying it to be.
It's not about how fast is a bike makes it valuable, if that is the case then Pulsar 220 should outclass R15. It's not that a bike which can beat another bike is better. It's about reliability and owner's natural choice. Yes, I know how fast is RTR as being a Pulsar owner. But, I never choosed a bike becuz it is faster or slower. And who said that I cannot digest the RTR power. Please be a responsible rider and think before you comment on any topic. Please.(No bad feelings or offence, just my words that might help you prevent some misconceptions).

Seems like u have not ridden a RTR with a nice set of rubber. That bike will sure blow u away. I had a chance to ride a A180 ( with Pirelli sports deamons) against a R15 . Man did i enjoy that day? I had a huge grin on my face all day long. If I could, i have bought a Apache 180, its like "Ford fiesta S" among bikes while 220 is like a Octavia VRS.
