    • Got myself a copy. Must say its a work of art and Sunny at his best. Mind blowing. Showed it to a few other media friends of mine and it sure gave them some serious complex.
Hatts off for the effort. Hoping to see more features and scoops inside.

just finished reading the magazine front to back. really wonderful. the pictures and the articles. i just noticed one bad thing about it.. there were alot of typing/editing errors. do try to keep them to the least minimum. like the spec page of CBR1000R pg.143. its written ENGINE LIQUID while it should have been just ENGINE. in the same article in pg.137 you have written 1000C as engine temperature. 1000? really? 100 right? i remember these cause it was the last thing i read. there where many more. please do edit it better. and the 100 street survival tips had a lot of points repeated among themselves. i do like xbhp and the magazine and respect the effort gone into it. do take this criticism in a positive manner !

p.s. where has the magazine suggestions thread gone?

Appreciate the critical feedback. This is what we need. Although typos and factual errors creep even in the best mags today (you will be aghast to know what we found in some very old mag's latest issues), but that is no excuse for letting them be there. Along with the aesthetics we will be try to make sure that such errors do not make their way through in the next issues.

p.s. where has the magazine suggestions thread gone?
The suggestion thread has been merged into this one

                      • Sunny - Got the magazine day before yesterday from aundh, pune @ozone next to crossword, the magazine is more matured than all the available bike and car magazines out there, the bandit touring article i just loved it as the way its wrote, this magazine i feel is more than just advertising and publishing about just abroad bikes to fill their pages as this has a better quality content to read rather than just ogling for some unknown foreign bikes which may never make it to India.

Hats off to the entire team and you.

A very good and safe biker not only because he can pop up either of the wheels, scrape his knees on a corner or go fast and make it look stylish but because he very well knows his limits and capabilities and has the patience to learn about others and ride safe ! :)

                            • I finally got my hands on the xBhp magazine today. I did not get a chance to read the magazine in detail, but I sure did slide in the DVD into my PC and watched both the documentaries. This is what I have to say:

The videos (special mention for the Italy road trip) are the best travel documentaries I have seen so far. And I did not even bother mention motorcycling because nothing in that genre even comes close. Not even Long Way Around in spite of my favorite actor Mr. McGregor!

The editing is perfect, transition seamless, and great background score. The content keeps you from leaving. I had planned to watch a portion of the DVD and be in bed early, but no. I could not leave till I finished watching the entire video set! Fantastically enthralling works of art!

The voice over in the Italian road trip video is simply superb! Anurag - you should be the official VO for all xBhp videos now - your voice is perfect, be it pitch, modulation, and flow. Maybe you missed your true calling in life!

Just one thing which will make the next video even better - when speaking without a script (on location), it might be a good idea to first jot down some cues or sentences before speaking. That way, one does not have to struggle with words/things to say when on camera. Not all people are gifted extempore speakers, so these tools help. It definitely helps me!

Thanks for liking my effort Bluevolt. I have never been on a video before and never liked my own voice when recorded, this fact is known to Sunny from before. I had to speak on camera only because there was no one else to do so, and the camera guy amongst us was Sunny. I had to speak at impromptu stops and did have to struggle for words but it was also our endeavor to keep it as natural and human as possible, so it was also kind of deliberate, though I am not sure if you will agree with it!

The DVD voice over was first done by a professional but Sunny asked me to give it a try too. I've never remotely been anywhere near a studio before, and on top of it, I had about an hour to do it.

I was expecting the professional Voice Over to be played on the day of the launch at the Park and was actually surprised to see that mine was chosen by the editorial team.

Your encouragement is truly welcome and has given me a lot of confidence. I truly and deeply Thank you for your appreciation and advice. I will keep the tips in mind.

Life is like riding a bike. It is impossible to maintain your balance while standing still.
