You will never learn unless you know your bike. I'm not forcing you, But I guess its better if you ride in with your bike & just learn the basics for the first meet & eventually learn more in the coming meets with a mechanic & all.

Ragav, This would mostly be a recurring event. So if not for the first meet, You can always join in later.

OF Sir, As said - For the initial meets it would be to know one's bike & know the basic DIY methodologies. As we learn better we would start up with more in detail DIY practices. We are in process of getting a few local Mechanics to help us with this.

This thread would have all the details & pictures on what ever we had learned out of the DIY GTG.

Place & Time would be discussed later. Thanks for the confirmation. Your Bike alone needs a week to know in detail on what have been modified & changed

I would like to take this topic during our weekly meet & Point Calimere. We will need to get everybody's ideas and availability to start with the first session. It's time that we plan the first simplest activity during the month of Nov 2010. FYI:-Mumbaikars have already taken interest and organizing similar DIY meet (check their offline G2G).
