^^ if we can meet in somebody's colony then it's the best thing. but first Nin should get permission from the secretary.
about the shades at RetiBunder, the huge two lane bridge overhead should be enough.
Only problem will be arranging breakfast. There are no decent restaurants nearby who serves snacks. we'll have to ride back in Thane city or ride to McDonalds Kalamboli or a dhaba on NH3 or I'll have to carry Samosas and chutney

Just some things like checks before going for a ride,
things to keep an eye on when the mechanic is servicing your bike,
things to look for during PDI
things which can be repaired but mechanics tell us to replace, etc.
If we fail to achieve the detail discussion, or the no. of members, it will be a learning curve in arranging such G2Gs.
Just the same as we planned first xBhp 2day ride, dhaba g2g, formation ride etc. . No one actually had the exact idea, eventually we became good at it.
if nobody comes, we 3-4 guys will go for a ride.
Nobody's going to handover us a check for Rs. 1/- for successfully conducting a DIY G2G.
So No worries. Let's see what happens...it's a start...
