I am not sure till now..........

I requested some of the guys to provide some inputs........

Can anyone open a spreadsheet same as we had for the TRI State g2g.......
I am not used with that. That's why I am asking for someone to do it.

what is the average budget per head expected (excluding petrol)?

what will be the expected number of participants?

These re the minimal things that should be sorted out to materialize the state g2g if you people re serious about it...........

The Game is On.. and im IN

      • Distance to Munnar from TVM is < 300kms. So both ways it around 600kms. Assuming 40kmpl, its 15liters, coming to less than Rs.850. Say accomodation comes to 300 per head and other expenses thrown in, its very well possible below Rs.1500 per head... And with the working class contributing say 500 each for naranga vellam, it would be lavish...Any other thoughts?

        • @kochu and Lijo, Nice calculation of expenses. But I think a little more is required for the accommodation too. I think within rs 2500/ one can lavish for the whole ride.
Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the seat.

nice plans....its not at all an expensive trip...but 500 for naranga vellam...ohh !!! etha ee udheshikunnathu ...just carry some 1000 bucks in case of any emergency...as praveen said if we stay at the foothills, the stay also can be cheap. if the bike's in full tank before departure, dont have to worry abt that too.
BTw are we planning for just saturday and sunday or friday too? isnt it enough to start at some 3:30 in the morning?

I think instead of coming to Cochin, they can take a diversion at Muvattupzha to Kothamangalam. If possible they may be joining with us at Kothamangalam.!! Thus they can save around 70kms ride..

                        • Thanks Swaroop for posting the details

The TVM Itineraray is as follows:
Fri, 12 noon: Start off from TVM (Kazhakootam Jn).
                          Fri, 6PM: Reach Muvattupuzha
                          Fri, 9PM: Reach Munnar.

                          Rider confirmations remain same.

Let me clear your confusions regarding Narangavellam - its very much optional. If at all we are going for it, its only during the stay over. No one here want its while riding. I'm sure of that!!! Plus, money for that will have to come from the employed guys, as I cannot think of any excuses which our students friends can use for sourcing that money... hehe

                          • Hey everyone, never met anyone of you so looking forward to meet you guys someday.

But this is where my location problem comes in. I'm from a place between Kozhikode n Palakkad, so gets a little tricky joining you guys at kochi after 180km ride.
Anyways, I would love to meet and travel with you guys, so i'll try to switch my other plans and update Swaroop.
