I too am not sure I will be able to get a Jacket for the trip but will ride anyhow (getting a JAcket to fit me is a bit difficult).

So since how long have you been in Ahmedabad.

Haha, getting a jacket to fit me is also difficult. I was in Ahmedabad for 2 years,left 2 years back, returned in this Feb.

Will someone please update the location of the 16th G2G, as currently I'll only be attending that, and if health permits, will go on the road trip.

16th is not a meet, just that we guys will be getting together to buy some gear that is it. Time and place is yet to be finalized but will probably be around 5 PM I think around Stadium cross roads. Waiting on Prashant's arrival timing from Ankleshwar. Will keep you updated.

PS- Booked myself a DSG Jacket and Gloves hoping to get them by next week

I am Maneesh Joshi from Pune, presently posted in Rajkot. It is nice to connect with bikers from Ahd; Rajkot does not have a G2G that I know of.

I got a CBR 250 recently and drove it up to Rajkot. The report is under The Tourer section.

One critical request: I HAVE to raise the clip-ons under any circumstances to use the bike for the purpose that I got her for. I have contacted one chap here, the owner of a machine shop and he seems pretty much a pro having modded a number of R15s. Do you guys have any leads on this issue? I would be grateful for your response. Do call if at all at 9624349964

The ride to Polo Forest was just Awesome, total distance travelled 400 KM, members Attended - Ayaz Mansuri (mansuryayas), Prashant Soni(POS), Sharad (Alurysharad).


Enjoyed each and every bit of it, will be posting the pictures soon, we were only 3 XBHP Gujarat members so we merged into another Group known as Ahmedabad Bikers Club. The Biking scene in Gujarat is such that we can't even get proper riding gear here, so only had Helmets as a compulsion for this ride in particular.

I think it will be my last ride before the start of Ramazan in which I will most probably not be going out for any long rides.

Do let me know if its ok with you guys.

Any new riders are also very welcome from anywhere in Gujarat and elsewhere.

mansuryayas and alurysharad2008 are planning for a G2G on 31th July and your most welcome for that... i'm not sure yet that i'm able to attend it or not... but you guyst can carry on... and we wish that this time more xbhpeians will be there...

2nd G2G

Hi Sharad & all other XBHPians around, I would suggest we meet at Vastrapur Lake or else at Law Garden.

As for the location if POS is not joining then we got to THOL or else we goto Nal Sarovar, if POS is joining then we goto Ajwa Nimeta or Pawagadh as POS can meet us at Baroda at a predetermined time.

Open to all inputs and suggestions and ideas.
