If I go home, the the ride could get jeopardized.. I've told parents that I'll be late to return, so they'll lock up gate/doors... And I have to reach there by 8am.. else I might not get a 'safehouse' to rest/refresh before my return journey.. and I have to be back by atleast 5PM.. So starting back by 12 noon... it should be a cool ride back LOL, cant wait for it...

WTH!! 3.5 hours from tvm to ekm? did he fly??

No man the ride was in the early morning... so didn't take the pics...

3.5 hours to EKM is not that big... once i ride from Thrissur-Trivandrum in 5 hours(i.e only the running time)... in my bike... so with an RTR 180 it's not that big... in my experience, for long rides at starting time it will take a lil bit to get used to the highways, but after few KMS our confidence,concentration
gains/improves(not kidding) and it will be easy to tackle the traffic with more accuracy(which i learned from our Trivandrum-Kozhikode trip)... but in the nights its really difficult to do such high speeds... but i can't do it now... after my accident, my confidence level to do high speed came less...

anyways @Lijo... great run man... how did the bike behaved in trip?

Alapuzha to ekm outskirts took less than 30 mins.... there is this 4 way road starting somewhere after Alapuzha uptill Aroor... full distance I was doing 3 digits...
But return journey is another story... the same road... stupid traffic.. 5 full hrs!! slow moving trucks, and bunch of cars around it like bees around beehive... not allowing to overtake...

ya the cherthala bypass is a dream to ride on... i like to ride more from cherthala to almost chalakudy... the works are going on in several places, if that's over then ho ho ho,
P220 guys get to ride there man... even a 150cc bike is a dream to ride... guys(as i always say) we need to do lil more long trips... the experience is DIFFERENT...
anybody had been to adirapilli waterfalls?, i like to ride to that place, good twisty roads with no bumbs, pathches etc. real smooth, we must plan a trip to there some day...
