And about sponsorship of Amba is still not cofirmed...Today we had a final meeting with Mr. Agarwal(Amba owner) Yday he said he is ready to print 3000 pamphlets for us and abt other expense just want to ask permission frm his father. so waiting for the reply today. If he refused to give the other expenses like petrol,refreshment etc etc we r forced to avoid his sponsorship. We are not suppose to do the things for mere business but for a social cause within our own identity. So we will print the pamphlets only with our logo. let you know the result by today evening.What you say guys?

xbhp Helmet Awareness Campaign - Google Maps

Link to routes I have chalked out in gmaps.... open to suggestion ofcourse...

Edit: There is an overlap in the two routes from Kowdiar to Vellayambalam... and forgive gmaps for small mistakes

the routes seem to be pretty much okay...but i guess we could merge the two routes...touch all those places...anyway its a 1 day program right? we've got the whole evening....and as akhilchettan suggested...touching ulloor med.collg area is also a good idea...most of the members here are from that area too right? this is just my opinion..

Here are some minor updates

now that is some pretty neat work bro...hats off...like fayadchettan sugested...making the font size a wee bit bigger during printing could help making it more comfortable for all people to read...

Yes Bro...right suggestion. Even our DGP had issued a Govt circular abt ths.

@sundeep: Bro if possible add lijo's suggestion in the pamphlet at any of the bottom side. Hope ths final form of Pamphlet and details of route will complete before tmrw moring...cause we have to print it as early as possible. Status of Amba's sponsorship will inform you soon. Then you can change the parmphlet contents as final. Route details with exact starting and closing time of the programme and 1 copy of the pamphlet need to submit at City Traffic police circle(south) pattom, before tomorrow afternoon.

One more thing: Got a positive reply from Travancore palace and Prince Adithya Varma ( young member of Royal family_He is very much interested in cars,bikes and road safety gears) who will flag of the programme infornt of the kowdiar palace.

But we have to show him the Pamphlets,Programme details etc within two days. so that he can chart out his schedules for ths.

My neighbor(Thrissur) has got his ZMR in December-black one... he was the first to get the bike in Thrissur... He told me to take a Test Ride... But i was feeling lazy after Trivandrum-Thrissur ride... So he told you can have it anyday...
I am going home this month and most probably will give the ride report...

Merge both??? lol.... I was of the opinon that already these are too long... see, our aim is not to just ride thru city; we have to stop at places (where we have enuf space to park, as well as enuf target crowd is present) and distribute phamplets.. move on... 3-4 hrs will just fly by buddy...

And, no going to ulloor or med college.... u know how congested those roads are in evening... plus we dont want to be a restriction to emergency vehicle in and around med. college jn.... Similar reason why I have avoided East Fort....

In my opinion... the finishing point can be Shangumugham.... by 7 there will be a large crowd out there....
