  • Hi everyone

Quite unfair from my side not to let you people know early that I have reached safely in Mysore!
The ride was the best yet! For the whole of 650+ kms i might have had less than 1 km of gutters! The rest were unbelievably smooth superb maintained roads! To start off and end this story will take some time! but I will be updating the whole travelogue on my blog and will let you guys know!

Btw, MC Rd anytime for a trip! Never NH till Ekm!

I see a Kodai Munnar trip boiling! I wish I was there! Njoi!

    Ride safe!
    Yours truly, HONDA ;)

Why the preference? Smoother road? Less traffic? Less Distance?

Can we ride faster on it? Or is it hilly and curvy? Is it through less populated area? I ride at night so i don't want to get mugged.

      Just checked wiki :
This road starts from National Highway NH 47 at Kesavadasapuram in Thiruvananthapuram city and rejoins the NH 47 at Angamaly in Ernakulam district
Both the points are very close from my start and end points.

                  • I'm riding to Cochin tomorrow morning(if it does not rain ), to get coil rewinding done. Hunted for Osram Silverlight at few auto shops, but finally gave up and got the Osram std halogen 60/55W.

For now I've bought the normal yellow standard halogen, only its by Osram. Later I want to put something that is more whiter... I was looking for Osram Silverlight, but seems that not much popular here... what other options do we have, other than NightBreaker? I dont want the bright white... lil yellow is preferred.. but more output
