yeah...yesterdays meet was nice...as fayad pointed out...tintuchettans r15s angel eyes n hid were indeed the center of attraction...it was stunning with the angel eyes ...hats off to tintu chettan for that awesome work..

Why the preference? Smoother road? Less traffic? Less Distance?

Can we ride faster on it? Or is it hilly and curvy? Is it through less populated area? I ride at night so i don't want to get mugged.

Just checked wiki : Both the points are very close from my start and end points.

The reason for preference of MC over NH is sheerly because of the awesome roads. The lot of work put in has paid handsomely to provide us the best road yet! and about speed, if I can do a 70-80kmph through each of the broad corners, I guess, its exciting enough on any other more powerful bike. READ 220 will be fun!

Less populated? YES mostly except for the small towns you blast through.
Curvy? YES curves that you can sit in for sometime! ^-^
Hilly NOT REALLY compared to north of kerala
Getting Mugged? NOT SURE
Riding at night with touring lights will be a cool idea! but rider's risk!

The MC is now got all the lines drawn out with reflective paint so at night it'll look like... nah you go ahead and experience it!
MC to NH till EKM, after that its heaven again!

Nice to know that you reached safe Pls give us the details of your trip. some of us planning to go Bangalore or Mysore after two months.
By the way, I accidently met with your father during an event at East fort. talked abt you Noel was also there in that event

Parents samadhichu! No issues, I was stern on riding out! I saw most of them at Manaveeyam when I came! Jayamohan chettan, Noel, arun, lijo, ayson, and of course Nio! U were busy with IV i think!

Btw, as Easter Special, I got to live with the P220 FI that my friend Jacob owns! My God, I am still in luv with that machine. Kicks the new 220 right in the nuts about precise smooth power delivery but once in the thriple digits, the vibrations ruin it! (READ: Where's HONDA? Solve it with your 250! hehe! )

Also, I might be riding the same 220 to Mysore -> Bangalore soon! Let me know when you all ride the same, I will join in!

Munnar-Kodai ride

For the riders participating in Munnar-Kodai ride this weekend

1. Please propose a time for starting from here. I'm more for early morning like 3 or 4AM. The earlier the better. I'm free from 1AM
2. We have already decided we will go to Munnar first. So now the route. The MC road is good till Changanassery... but the 72kms from there to Muvattupuzha is a pain... So I suggest we take the highway to ernakulam, then on to Muvattupuzha... its 50kms longer, but better than 72km of bad roads... Opinions please.
3. The return ride is gonna be hell lot of fun with the majority on NH7. I'm planning on joining the NH7 as Tirumangalam, with is near Madurai . Again opinions please...

I know everyone is excited about the ride, but dont forget to get yourself and your ride ready too...
