hi guys....
was out for couple of days.....just back after a trip to thenkasi, courtallen, palaruvi, thenmala....the roads were simply fabulous to drive on,..really missed not having bike..such was the road with twisties n hairpins unwinding so smoothly...aah it was really a nice trip with family this time....i think it could be a perfect destination for a one day ride....what say guys...

That route has becoming boring now.. been that way lots of times... hehe... guess those were before you joined... :P

hehe...+100 to that...i too fell in love with it the 1st time i went...been longing to go there ever since! again and again...like u said.."n" no: of times..hehe..but it won't be fun during the monsoons...the roads are gonna be polished and slipper..

btw: 2day i bought pennzoil chain lube(140grade) for my bike...went to the pongumoodu shop....met arun chettan and nithin chettan on the way....arun chettan down with fever...giving my ride tomorrow to Mr.joseph...10k kms service and chain cleaning....

Btw, anyone here got ticket for using bright lights?? I was stopped by cops on Pattom road today on my first ride for using bright light.. I was on dim light only! But it was hard to make them understand. They said I have to remove the light as it's too bright!!! Any p220 owners had similar experience?? I fought with him and didnt pay fine..

Congrats man and we can meet up this saturday evening at shangumugham for the g2g and will give away the remaining tees and stickers with me.

And now thats the most unlucky thing to have experienced right on the first day of the ownership itself . How come you was caught at the night? and where? These pelas are deep shit man, even though i havent been harrased by any pela, the people i hate the most are them !! A couple of fellow xbhpians were caught by pelas some time back, they were standing in front of CCD with the P220 and R15 , some pelas quickly came and confiscated the bikes saying they were racing with their so called "1000 cc " superbikes. These A holes will always be riding with their high beam only and wont even dip their light even once , even after we dip it numerous times . Remember they are saying to remove the light of 220 !!! Ask them to stop and audi or BMW going past you and they WONT.

I happened to see a police jeep chasing a guy in scooty pep coz he came a short way in the wrong side and crossed the road to enter another road(exact location- infront of muthoot yamaha, killipalam). I was witnessing the entire thing with tintu from the side of the road. After some time , we saw the police jeep coming out of that road (killipalam bund road), may be after catching that poor guy and the jeep also came in the wrong side of the road for some distance before crossing the road. This attitude of theirs- "we are the king and can do anything" really frustrates me.
