I like the idea and would love to volunteer... but then my problem is I dont care and dont know much about anything other than the ride itself... This requires knowledge about amenities along the way etc (which I mostly ignore)

i've seen this thread and i thought somebody is actually there as 'RP' frm Tvm... r u telling me nobody is actually there...

actually, i'm on the look out for the black version unlike the gun-metal version seen in the pic... i can wear along wit future bikes too...

This will also be priced in the lines of ninjaah only....BTw didnt you see in motoroids itself that garware has confirmed the launch of hyosung GT650R and ST7 in the first quarter nxt year, which will be assembled in india...so price will be in the 5L range only !!!!

but the above point is very catchy... still i doubt if it's going to be a less than 3L...

yeah, i read abt Hyosung... the best thing is, India will have a lot more super bikes to choose frm to shop...

The CBR250 is a sport bike...not a tourer...ZMR still has no competition and will never have! :P

The Honda CBR250R, as the form appears, is more of a sport tourer than an outright track tool like the CBR150R launched last week or the Yamaha YZF-R15 sold in India.

Changed my tyres to MRF Zapper C 110/80 - 17 on rear and Zapper FS 90/90-17 on front. 2k and 1.6k respectively... and seems tonight I'll get a chance to test wet surface traction too . Got one bottle each of Mutul Chain Cleaner and Chain Lube. Practiced changing the HID bulb to normal halo (the connections can be a bit tricky). All set for another mile-muncher!

The CBR250R has been a hot subject in speculations and spy shots recently... lets see...

Redlines at 10.5 k rpms... not much a tourer character(for a single). r15 does the same... but with this increased volume and power, i think it will preserve enough juice for the tourers as well(strong mid, decent low).
