hehehe i was not hiding yaar. the prob is that i was under a tight project schedule for the last one month. had told it to Lijo. didn't have enough time to look xbhp too. when ever i login our thread was moving very fast, so thought of reading from where i just missed, am very much delighted to see the build up of the awareness campaign. so thought of wait and watch it and comment unless it requires my help or suggestion.

okie, a task for you to make it more perfect... can you get more space at the bottom of the front and back pages (4,1) for the sponsors?! maybe you can try moving the whole image towards the top and leave less space there?!

Good work Lijo Finally we got a beautiful pamphlet..Thank you very much to you for the initiatory step toward this regard.my clap for you. I noticed the English version tips have 11 points and the Malayalam is having 12 points....The point no 2 you have splited into 2 &3 in malayalam. But no problem it looks nice too.
@Jayan: can't sleep yesterday thinking about the event Anyway now I got the confidence. Everybody back in action..Call me after 9 am today. we can reach Traffic office by 11am.

@Lijo or Jayan: send one file copy of the pamphlet to swaroop cochin. He can move towards to AQ for sponsorship. We need some financial support for this event. And somebody will call sunilg and ask for space in the news column of next xBhp magazine Lijo did you called Karithik,Tiruppur for T shirt making

@Jayan: if possible include these things to our covering letter.
1. our itinerary of the riding route with departure/flag off time.
2. the halt points where we can issue pamphlets.
3.Arrival time and closing time of the event
So Tarffic police can easily access the picture of our whole route and schedule.

4. A list of bikers who are participating the ride.... bikes no and cel phone nos. Make this in a separate sheet.
*Note: Nothing mention about the persons who are going to flag off/speach etc in the covering letter. It may be chage according to circumstance
*Some Tips:
just mention flag off from kowdiar place at 3 pm.
*Route: kowdiar ... museum..Pattom...Kesavadasapuram...Medical college...General Hospital junction....University office...via Mel palam to Thampanoor...East fort..Padijarekotta via Byepass road towards Petta and then shangumugahm
*Halt Point: We need Only 4 Location of populated area. I suggest Museum, Kesavadasapuram,General hospital junction and Petta junction.
