I will try my best to get it from my college or we can get it from police officials themselves, that which is used for their presentations, etc...why wasting so much money for renting a proj !!

Why not? tell them to log in xBhp site and you have to lead them. Give us the total no of persons who are attending for the event

Unfortunately none of them have xbhp id,i think there will be only 3-4 riders

@Vishnu - can you describe this local biking community. How many can we expect? Do they conform to our xBhp norms? Even one rider out of control can give us problems, esp because this time we are involving a much bigger police presence (may be upto Commissioner level). Are they accustomed to group riding? Also, this time we'll all be sporting whatever riding gears we have and not just helmet - so can we expect nominal level of same from them too?
I know this is a lot of questions, but we need to be sure when bringing in an unfamiliar group of bikers! Lets discuss this and finalize?

This is a group of 10 members,name of the group is Heart breakers.Most of the members are between 18-22 age group.I told them about the road discipline we xbhpians are keeping and ya ofcourse told the seriousness of this campaign and they agreed to be a responsible rider.
And about the riding gear they have nice helmet and normal type bike jackets.

@jayamohan- Ya bro, we met there at pongumood at the polo accident. My helmet is a 10 year old STUDDS Ninja( still new ) . Almost everyday i see you somewhere there whether on your 220 or the baleno .

hehehe i was not hiding yaar. the prob is that i was under a tight project schedule for the last one month. had told it to Lijo. didn't have enough time to look xbhp too. when ever i login our thread was moving very fast, so thought of reading from where i just missed, am very much delighted to see the build up of the awareness campaign. so thought of wait and watch it and comment unless it requires my help or suggestion.

He is an event management guy... i don't think he will make a 'lend' out of a potential 'rent'...

BTW, can you check with Fayad for the final version of the phamplet? Praveen sent him the font and text which can be used in PS without errors.

Checked with him just now... he will be working on it tonight and try to complete it by tonight itself... assured it should be working fine no new issues pop-up...

Ask him to install Google Chrome. It has a built in pop-up blocker.

I saw two tourers on big bikes (like Haroons) today while coming to office. I followed them from Peroorkada till Kaudiar. Managed to snap one pic using mobile cam while driving. Will go home and post it. On the side boxes, they had stickers like 'I ♥ Nepal' and 'Free Tibet'. Guess they are from Nepal... The saddle boxes (yes, aluminium/steel boxes instead of bags) were huge. And on the rear seat, they both had two spare tyres, both front and rear ones tied down. Wearing some textile jackets and riding pants, riding shoes, gloves etc. Their gear were so so dusty that they were looking as if they just came out of a dust storm!
