Guys,Me and Varun chetan were thinking...Why Dont we have a 'Photography G2G' every month were the shutter bugs can take shots and showcase them in the forum!It will be fun and we can make it a small competition where the winner gets a Candy or a Pepsi or something....I think it will be fun IMO!

1-2 pics from each member.. before the start of the month we select a topic.

Based on that pics have to be submitted.

1) 5 Rs per entry for a month

For the WINNER i will gift xBhp Magazine of the next month/Rs 100 which ever is convenient for me.

What say all.. more promoters welcomed.

Also 1 more thing.. For the best pic of the Vagamon ride that i like from TVM group .. will get a special reward from me.

Good idea. Few guideline proposals from my side:
1. Photos should be submitted in original - intact exif data, NO post processing outside camera.
2. Photo should be taken in the month of the contest - like one topic a month, photographer can interpret his photo in a plausible manner with the topic.
So old photos cannot be submitted.
3. Any type, any brand camera allowed.
4. Winner selected based on poll, maybe in FB group page....
5. Limit the no of entries per month - say one or two. Each entry (one pic) @ INR 5...
6. Entries close by 25th midnight IST of every month. First of every month, winner announced, plus new topic announced.

Superb... the rules and regulations rocks...

we need someone to conduct and coordinate the plan.and maybe we should have a separate thread for it so that it doesnt trash our xbhp tvm thread...!

Guys, didn't hear anything about Tommorow's g2g and the ride.. .. If we are really planning on it, then i hope Manaveeyam @ 5.00pm wont suit it well .. because after meeting at manaveeyam even if we start the ride by 5.30pm, we will be reaching coconut bay only after 6.30 .. So now, what's the plan ??

@All: The G2G need to be at Manaveeyum. We need to discuss and plan on the Vagamon ride. A Short ride can be squeezed in if there is time and riders after the discussion. Let's meetup at 5pm.

urgently required a discussion about the routes.

From Tvm (kesavadasapuram)- Kottarakkara-Pathanamthitta-Manimala-Ponkunnam-Kanjirapally-Erattupetta-Vagamon. Total kms-198

From Cochin (Vytilla)-muvattupuzha-thodupuzha-muttom-erattupetta. 84.1kms.

So that Cochin team can skip the changanasherry meetup and it will a little turned route for us.

So my question is If we are planning in group split ups, Can Cochin team joins Trivandrum team at Erattupetta? or Kanjirapally?

I like this idea also, that way we can avoid the traffic line which we would otherwise cause. We will do the usual sight seeing at Wagamon together.
