ICE contact guidelines

1. Please give the name AND relationship of your ICE contact.
2. Give a person who can act logically in an emergency -
a) they will need to inform your family members so that they dont panic
b) they may be expected to come to the spot and take over responsibilities
c) they must be of stable guts - not someone who faints on hearing you had an accident!!

Requesting everyone to review their ICE contact and update accordingly.
