Delhi: G2G for a cause: Donate your CC

Date: Sunday May 1st, 2011

Time: 7 a.m.

Meeting Point: xBhp Dhaba, Qutub Institutional Area

Agenda: The agenda of the meet would be different this time than what we have been doing normally. This time, the aim would be to direct a tiny part of resources at our disposal for the benefit of society. So this time, all the members attending the G2G will donate a sum equivalent to the cubic capacity of their bike (for example, a person riding a 150 cc bike will contribute 150 Rs and a guy riding a Karizma would contribute 220 Rs. And so on). You are free to contribute more if you want.

The collected money will go towards the sponsorship of an underprivileged children through an NGO called Deepalaya (Tentative). We have had a similar G2G some time earlier also and the response was really great.

So this time, instead of going for a movie or other materialist things, lets use it in a way that could change someone’s life.

A GREAT INITIATIVE !
GUYS:
We have done it before and we are actually very lucky to do it again.Though we ride everyday, meet on the g2g's every sunday but we somehow miss and forget to contribute to our society.

Few year back i remember , the same thing happened on Blind Relief g2g
we donated d CC amount and i swear it felt so awesome when we met those kids, they were damn hilarious and far better as a human from many of us!

1.CC amount for the rider
2. Half CC amount for pillion (not necessary)*

@sunil bhaiya : Can we bring our own stuff like clothes , shoes n other things which are in its best condition ? *like we did on blind relief g2g!

Another nice ride

Ride was awesome, every rode their steeds carefully, weather was also good, Munched yummy parantha's and last but not the least, G.O.D.S were also there .....

Dhaba Report:
The first one to reach the dhaba early morning was Skyscraper and he was getting restless hence regretting that why did he arrive so early. Then the next one to arrive was me which made him hopeful that there are many more riders to come for the G2G.

I would like to welcome the Newbie Sunil from Pune to the Delhi Thread and the Dhaba. It was nice meeting him as he shared his riding experiences of Pune with all of us at the dhaba. A mention about a place called Lavasa makes me go mad

Ravi bhaiyya also gave his Gyaan about the riding and hero honda bikes which could be very easily consumed by us. Met Addy, Petro, Chintu bhai, Rahul, Pawan, Zeeshan and LP. It was fun having the discussions and the laughing part was the funny instances being quoted by Skyscraper.

@mohit nice meeting you too. we had a very good discussion about advertising. Thanks
