Guys,
Few suggestions from my end.

• Instead of Lane / Dhaba we must make 2 meeting points on the Outer Ring Road. If am not mistaken then we will be taking the outer Ring road through Nehru Place, Okhla bus depot, PGDAV college, Maharani Bagh, Sarai Kale Khan, Old fort, ITO flyover, Rajghat. ISBT & then towards the border. So, my suggestion is to make two gathering points.
• We MUST split the entire group into small groups of 5-6 members each with each small group comprising of a sweeper & leader with 30 seconds gap.
• 07:00 AM is too late. It would be too sunny by the time we will start as members will be late. It's better to schedule at 06:15am & we must leave the 1st gathering point by 06:30 AM. It would be too sunny & hot later on.

Dada, Why are you taking the Ulta Pulta route, I posted the route in my previous post I guess you missed, it, read the post on the previous page, Meeting on so many points involve trouble and attention, and again Stops will involve time, Better is to meet at the Lane and then At the By pass directly.

rite now i am in chandigarh so i am coming back to delhi on sunday morning so will meet you in sonipat only.

can any one confirm the time and dhaba sukhdev,gulshan dhaba or pehelwan ka dhaba

and i am in my car not on bike so shuld i join you guys or not at sonipat.

IMHO, Everyone should leave and try to come as soon as they can and make the ride to an earlier time as the more the sun rises the more difficult it becomes to ride. So I suggest get along by 5AM, and leave by the first light.

Ask Dipankar dada, how much fun it was to ride in a cool weather.

Reaching 8 am at murthal seems to be very late as sun glows in nice form at that time and early morning ride is what we all love so instead of 8 am make it at 7 am. What say riders?

Great going I removed the "tentative" We will split the group in 2 and then ride in big groups its been ages since rode in big groups man. Looking forward for this beautiful lane. LP do the needful brother

A few Suggestions:

1. Since the number are high, we should split the group into two smaller pack for safety.
2. Since its a highway affair, Single or a staggered formation riding style should be adopted for safety.
3. A brief on few necessary hand signals should be given before the ride. We surely dont want miss-communication while riding.
4. Two Leaders n two sweepers.
5. The most important: DONT EAT before g2g, coz the food there is gonna be awesome..

We will follow the same route that is I.T.O --> Rajghat --> Kashmere gate --> Karnal Bypass !

I will be waiting for you guys just after crossing the traffic signal of laxmi nagar metro station, i will be there by 6:15 and will wait for for 10 minutes only as we have to reach bypass till 6:45 !
