I would also like to suggest few things for this big group ride:

1. Seeing the large number of bikers (~40), i think it would be more viable to divide all in several groups as per the number of riders IN for this ride.

2. We should have around 8 or max 10 riders in one group

3. The group leaders, sweepers should share their cell numbers with other group leaders to coordinate among themselves. Also they should brief the new riders about group riding rules and ettiquetes of xBhp.

4. All the groups should decide the timing and meeting point in advance and move ahead and meet us ahead of Karnal Bypass ( some tea stall or petrol pump area, around 10kms ahead of Delhi) as we all 40 riders moving around Delhi would be quite a lot.

5. All the riders should wear there proper riding gear, carry all the important documents, and should also confirm there groups and hence join as per the group meeting point and timing

I would request all experience riders to advice on this issue stated above. It would be great to ride with you all

I will be there on our dhaba on Sunday morning, timing will be updated and confirmed.

i suggest janakpuri metrostation in front of district center at 6 and then ride on outer ringroad towards bypass.

Put me in the confirmed list. Actually insurance has expired for my machine. Would get it done by Saturday. If could get the insurance done, won't be able to join.
insurance renew takes only one hour just go to any insurance agency and get it done.
orential office is at cmc building 3 floor janak center.

we will might not be going to lane cus it will cost us some extra km and time.
heading straight towards bypass will be fine. we will fix the meeting point soon for dwarka guys.

Yes, even that Is fine, or If people want go ahead a bit on the NH and you find a CNG station on the left, just park along that side.
Decide on it fast.

L.P i think that CNG station is on adjoining service road and you should gather on NH only just after the bus stop.So check and confirm and which dhaba is finalized ?

We will follow the same route that is I.T.O --> Rajghat --> Kashmere gate --> Karnal Bypass !


I will be waiting for you guys just after crossing the traffic signal of laxmi nagar metro station, i will be there by 6:15 and will wait for for 10 minutes only as we have to reach bypass till 6:45 !
