A few calls had been made to Maxxrocker, Shivanshu, and Pawan, and I am thankful to you guys for your co-operation.

Quick Update Guys:

Everyone please Note, The Guys from Janakpuri Side, Will be meeting at the District Center by 4.30AM and shall be leaving in max,Max of 10min for the xBhp Lane.
Guys who are going to the Dhabha, Should reach the xBhp lane by 5AM, we shall wait there for another 15-20mins, then will start gearing up for the formation, Pawan and Maxi will join Shivanshu and team at the Lane and leave from there by 5.30 taking the Pitampura Route for Bypass. Which will be lead and sweeped by responsible riders.

I am sorry to inform everyone that Form for filling details is deleted because there was some whole was entering fall & abusive words. It was too much shocking to see that some people can do that, anyhow I have marked an email to Google support to find the system info from where data is entered, so if anything is possible that can be done.

Also, I'm bringing along another guy. He rides a discover 135 and is a level headed guy. I take full responcibilty for him and will make sure that he behaves according to xbhp rules. He has all the papers for his bike and himself. Is it fine if I bring him along?

Also, since there will be quite a few riders that are new to group riding, I suggest a small briefing session be held at bypass(as it is the last meeting point and ALL riders will be present there) to give some basic guidelines to the new guys about riding in a group.

Another thing is I suggest that we divide the entire grioup into smaller sub-groups of 10 or so people. This is because even with a leader and a sweeper, the guys riding in between tend to shuffle their positions quite a bit and 20 or so guys in a group might prove hard to handle. Hence I say that there should be 10 guys per sub-group.

I'd be honoured to be a sweeper of one of the sub-groups if the senior guys feel I'm capable enough for it.

Its good to see you guys taking responsibility... Briefing shall be done for the entire group whatsoever.. and it is perfectly fine to bring along friends.. as far as they are responsible riders.. that is the first and foremost requirement for any g2g.. see you there..
