I believe, After a fair amount of discussions have happened on the thread for the following plan/ agenda for the upcoming G2G.

Date - September 18, 2011 (Sunday)

Time - [EDIT: 0700 hrs - at the destination (Murthal)]

Destination - Sukhdev Dhabha, Murthal, NH1, the idea is to ride to a particular destination where we get ample time (and space) and have delicious parantha's for the breakfast.


Meetings Points:

1. Janak Puri - Disctrict Center [0430 hours](MaxxRocker)+919999779454 - will leave from there in max of 5-10mins and will head for xBhp Lane.
   
2. xBhp Dhabha (0500hours) and Lane (0515hours) - will leave xBhp lane sharp by 0530hours - Shivanshu (+919871861417)
   
3. Near Laxmi Nagar Metro Station (TVS Showroom) - Prakhar +919911474698 5.30 will leave in 15mins.
   

Guys, Please be punctual with the timings, we dont want the group to be delayed for any one person.


Guidelines for the G2G (Basic and inviolate rules of a group ride)

1) DO NOT OVERTAKE YOUR OWN GROUP MEMBERS. MAINTAIN YOUR SLOT.

2) NO STUNTS, HOOLIGANISM OR SILLY ANTICS ON THE ROAD.

3) ALL RIDERS NEED TO WEAR FULL-LENGTH/SLEEVED CLOTHES, HELMETS, GLOVES AND SHOES AT THE MINIMUM.

4) CARRY THE FOUR ESSENTIAL DOCUMENTS WITH YOU - LICENSE, R.C., INSURANCE & PUC

NB: VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE ABOVE EARNS YOU AN ON-THE-SPOT RETURN TICKET

5) COME FOR THE RIDE WITH ENOUGH FUEL AT LEAST FOR ONE SIDE. DON'T EXPECT OTHER GROUP MEMBERS TO WAIT FOR YOU WHILE YOU FULL 'ER UP.

P.S II: I shall be Riding as Pillion along with a Camera Equipment and Changing My position as per required. Please do not follow the bike I am on. 'Maintain your place in your Group.'

Guys, we will be a lot of people together.
So I guess we may attract a lot of attention, and to abstain that, We all will be expected to maintain some decorum on Road and while Riding together.

* We will be forming small groups of 8-10 people in a group lead by one experienced rider and swept by another.

* When the Vehicles will be parked, everyone has to make sure that their steeds are parked in the extreme left side of the road beyond the yellow line.

* We are a lot of people so after we all reach the destination our vehicles may obstruct the entrance of the Dhabha, so while parking there too, please make sure you follow the lines of the people who parked at the first.
