I hope shivi had made the point clear.

Bro I will be coming at dhaba at 5am on Sunday for south delhi guys who are going for the first time or who wants to assemble at one place and then ride. I will be leaving from dhaba by 5:15am sharp to reach the Bypass meeting point at 6am

And I think LP if the number of riders is 8 then we will leave for Karnal bypass meeting point that is the CNG petrol pump, can you please post the map of that CNG point. If the number increases I will see what to do.

Once again:
Few things for this big group ride:

1. Seeing the large number of bikers (~40), i think it would be more viable to divide all in several groups as per the number of riders IN for this ride.

2. We should have around 8 or max 10 riders in one group

3. The group leaders, sweepers should share their cell numbers with other group leaders to coordinate among themselves. Also they should brief the new riders about group riding rules and ettiquetes of xBhp.

4. All the groups should decide the timing and meeting point in advance and move ahead and meet us ahead of Karnal Bypass ( some tea stall or petrol pump area, around 10kms ahead of Delhi) as we all 40 riders moving around Delhi would be quite a lot.

5. All the riders should wear there proper riding gear, carry all the important documents, and should also confirm there groups and hence join as per the group meeting point and timing

I would request all experience riders to advice on this issue stated above. It would be great to ride with you all

Yes, make the groups...since the distance is short, you can have 2 groups of twenty only with a group lead and a group sweep. Everyone should stay in the positions allotted to them and no-overtaking amongst group members. If one stops, the whole group stops.. Have the ride lead who stays in front always and have a ride sweep who will sweep everyone. make groups and post here, so that everyone is clear with which group they have to stay in..

you can make 4 if you want, your call. every rider should be responsible for the rider behind him. The group leader should arrive with the WHOLE group and no less.

ummmm .... good idea rohit..... so lets arrange the time accordingly, i will be there by 5:30 and will wait for all fellow members till 5:45. It will take only 20 mins to reach bypass so we will be there by 6:10 !

First Meeting Point: Xbhp Lane

Second Meeting Point: Xbhp Dhaba

Third Meeting Point: TVS showroom (on left), just after crossing the signal of laxmi nagar metro station

Are there any more meeting points apart from this brothers???????? Also mention who would be leading from the above mentioned meeting points?

As i will be coming from Panipat along with fellow Xbhpians so i need to know on which dhaba we are making a stop as there will be some time difference in reaching.
i would suggest Gulshan Dhaba for good food ,ample parking place but please no Sukhdev,Its so packed always

Now that everything is finalized and figured out, I think West Delhi guys should meet at Janakpuri District Centre around 5:20, so we can leave by 5:35 or 5:40 and safely reach the bypass by 6. People can contact me 9999779454 or Pawan (sorry bro, don't have your number)
