What Next??

Ok Frens,
We had a nice ride this sunday.... with SBKs, speeds around 100 kmph, etc.
Now without wasting time & leaving confirmations for last minute and also in order to get the whole Gang at one place.... what is the scene for this sunday?
Let's be serious & come onto single point ASAP. I'd prefer a trip to nearby hilly area but majority always wins.
Let's start the knock !!

@Abhishek: There are no 'hilly areas' near-by. If you want to ride to the nearest hills, ride to Lansdowne, about 265kms. one way. That is the best option that one has really, if he/she wants to ride to the 'nearest' hilly area!

mmmm interesting lets see though I need to change tyres of my bike before going to hill as she is seriuosly loosing grip now...... so till that happens no rides to hill specially.....

Though hills are appealing a lot to me these days so lets see....

If things go right, yes, will be riding to Sangla- Chitkul for 4-5 odd days.

@Aryan - Thnx for suggesting that one. Probably I didn't make myself very clear..... by nearby I meant around or >300 kms. 2-3 day trip is what m looking at. Now I guess you have more places to suggest !!

well...I'm seeing a lot of talks are going on regarding the destination to hills....But such plans can't be processed on the forums only...it has to be planned while meeting and planned well in advanced so that maximum people are able to adjust themselves with the tentative dates.
Even the shimla trip was planned one month before and thats the reason for its success. This step is much more necessary in order for a good ride with many people.
So, lets meet up in forthcoming G2Gs and discuss regarding the same.
Also I would like a 3 day trip(fri-sat-sun) rather than a 2 day trip(sat-sun).
All can arrange their priorities well before the trip.

lets go to karnal again and meet chandigarh xBhpians and plan a trip
well, I would go for manali...even Mt abu(700kms{90% plains})

although there are people who would love to go with good number of guys and on the other hand some people who like to be in a silent group...so not to criticize anyone...let all take their own mutual decisions.

But the Rohtang route is closed. I will be riding through the Shimla - Narkanda - Rampur - Sangla - Chitkul route. I have about 4-5 days in hand. If I can make it ahead, I will, else I will have to ride back from Chitkul, although I sure hope to ride ahead.

@Shivanshu: Naah! It's just a 4-5 day's ride; no need to take rest for that ride, right now, really..

Will it really be a good idea to go for leaning sessions/ ride/ etc. on the election day? I mean what about the security forces that would possibly be out on full force looking for any 'activity'? Early ride would be great I guess, but I am not too sure about this..

@Puneet/ Rohit: Please take the light discussions to the relevant thread. I hope I don't have to guide you guys, after being here at xBhp for so many days.

P.S: I would however prefer a leaning session as compared to a ride!
