Killer, even if ur walking around the track it would be helpful for us to learn the braking points, lines etc. from u.Originally posted by Killer View PostNot sure if i can come but would like to. I believe TVS rents out Apaches at the Tracks. Is that accurate info or just hearsay! What approximate cost would that involve. Although i love my pulsar i honestly don't think it could be nimble enough to spin around the track.Originally posted by Joel View PostAlso sharing bikes are a concern in many cases. In case of a crash, unsually things end up in a bad note between the owner and the rider.
Also i didn't see any Costs associated with this or i missed it somewhere.

TVS scheme bikes (Apaches) are given only during the races. It involves 3 days. 1 day of practise(usually fridays) and one race each day on sat and sun as per the racing calendar.
These bikes are not given out during trackdays to public.sigpic

Hand is better now, but still painful and will take time to heal. I was thinking of getting the R15 along if i'm coming, i dont want to confirm anything now, will take it as it comes and confirm closer to the actual date.Originally posted by wonderboy_tm View PostUncle... lol.... you are a person everyone looks upto.... you are most welcome..

Guys, Is it Ok to Run-in my ThunderBird in the tracksOn the Racetrack:
Warm the engine up completely:
Do one easy lap to warm up your tires. Pit, turn off the bike & check for leaks or
any safety problems. Take a normal 15 minute practice session
and check the water temperature occasionally. The racetrack is the perfect environment to break in an engine !! The combination of acceleration and deceleration is just the ticket for sealing the rings.
Go For It !!
I know, Bullet aint a track tool, nor favours the handling part..
But, was reading MotoMan's Manual.. Stumbled upon confusing if i gotta hit the tracks with the new TB or Not!
Please Help.Photo Gallery[/B]

if you want to ride you will... or else let go of the day.......
my advice would be.... just ride and do not worry about others.... let me know if you are still in for the track day in your next post......Last edited by wonderboy_tm; 01-31-2009, 09:38 AM.- WonderBoy
