@ sharan - have you joeled your engine yet or running on stock engine? Also would like to know hows the simota air filter and joel exhaust with db killer in case of highway touring. Is it too loud or a bit noisy than exhaust.

No. Might be going to Bangalore in November taking the cylinder head along and getting the headwork done. Would get the Bore fit in post that.

Currently, it's only the Simota and Exhaust. I've plugged out the dB killer. It's loud. Really loud. But, if you're looking for that little bit improvement in torque delivery in lower RPMs, it's better without the dB killer.

Yes, it's loud on the highway. Put in plugs in your helmet w/o music it's a little easy on your ears.

Touring query

Hi Guys,

Need suggestions from the touring gurus of the Pune gang for a 4 days ride. I am planning it on Nov 24-27.

I have covered most of the western ghats in this ride.

Have the Konkan coast in mind. Been to Kashid, Diveagar,Harihareshwar already.

Will that be a right time to tour the Konkan region?
