Also I realize now what antz said is true. Last time I had been to Ratanwadi and Bhandardara it took us almost 4.5 hrs by car. So its safe to assume we would take minimum 5 hours to reach the sandhan village. So it would be better if we start early rather than ride in dark.. What say guys?

A lot of us have office on Saturday. We can get free earliest by 3pm or so.
If we plan to leave early then a lot of names from the list will get deducted.

Weekend Ride



So we are leaving on Saturday at 3pm from Nashik Phata..... Please make sure you carry extra clothing and some bedsheet and blanket kinda thing..... It's an amazing place that I can guarantee....

Sandhan valley is one of mother natures very own creations that's turned out to become a masterpiece. It's a valley carved by the rain waters carving through for a few thousand years now. We shall be walking in the valley till the other end where there is a huge drop to the konkan belt. There are 3 pools of water out of which two are easy but the 2nd would be around 4ft deep at this time of the year..... The valley walls are around 3 to 10 feet apart from each other and range from 200 to 500 ft high. It's one helluva experience for everyone, guaranteed.....
P.S.- There's also a place named Konkan Kada nearby which is a semi circle shaped george or rather an overhang where you simple lie down on the edge, stick your head out and look down...... A 700 ft. drop.....

I'm assuming that you guys would be planning to start the walk in the valley by around 7am? Though I can't be there for overnight stay, let me see if I can make it for the walk in the park, opps, I mean in valley.

Pulsar 150 Classic toolkit

I will be doing the Leh trip from 09 Jun this year. My Pulsar 150 Classic toolkit has gone missing.

Could any of the Pulsar owners lend me their toolkit for the journey? It will be with me from 08 Jun till 29 Jun. I will return it properly on 30 Jun.
