@All - A Kaas Ride coming up.

Half group goes this sunday, and the other half next Saturday & sunday. The reason I'm keeping it this way is because at Kaas it is impossible to handle a group of 10+ bikers at one time, especially when clicking pictures at the field. Police and other guards are there, even parking problems are faced and we had got very less time to click pictures or even stand on Bamnoli route.

Now, I would like to keep it as -

Please put the preference in the respective groups. Max 10 Riders in every group. @ Newbies - we have been to Kaas last time and we precisely know how bad it was especially with the number of bikers present. Also i'll pick out the Tail and Lead of respective groups after knowing who all have participated in the respective group. As you all know page one rules regarding safety gears and documents stands valid.

Unable to join on Sunday. Got office

People unable to join for Kaas on Sunday 23rd (Kaas would be little crowdy) are welcome to join me for Kaas on 26th (& 27th probably). Just a foreword, I wound be doing run-in of my bike so would be going on super slow speeds (max 40mph). Secondly, would be choosing a very different route (So expect roads to be a little bumpy). Yup, a g2g is scheduled today at TMC at 6pm, but yes I'm bit skeptical on my schedule, will try to come.

For tomorrow ride to KAAS, ill be checking the thread back in eve to see who all have confirmed for the ride. Ill be putting up the meeting up time and point by eve so please check this thread by 9pm max, also it wont be updated on facebook xbhp page.

a. Valid Driving License: MUST have and carry at all times
b. Bike Registration Papers: Original or Attested Photocopy
c. Bike Tax Certificate: Original or Attested Photocopy
d. Bike Insurance: Preferably a comprehensive insurance, personal insurance would be a plus.
e. PUC Certificate: A valid PUC certificate; especially if touring along with the group to pollution sensitive/monitored areas.

Safety Gear
a. Helmet: Has to be in good condition and preferably ISI/DOT certified
b. Thick Jacket/Riding Jacket: Must have inbuilt armour or external armour is also allowed
c. Gloves: Must cover vital points like knuckles and wrist. Cut/half gloves not allowed
d. Knee Guards: Either bionic or regular flex type. Should be worn inside trousers if non bionic.
e. Riding Boots/Sports Shoes/Army Boots: Anything that covers the foot well.
f. There is nothing that can better the protection of a full leather suit (if affordable). The preferred and most recommended piece of protection that your money can buy. Not compulsory though.


Right now Zimbly, I'm putting you Incharge of the ride, Kindly check if all the members who are present in the list or those who will turn up at the venue be present in all safety gear and have valid documents. The ones without can be sent home, feel free to do that. Other members would be adding up by tonight or will turn up at the meet up point directly.

Hey Eshan, well noted. Amrit and Kuntal see you guys at chandini chowk at 0530. Make sure that all gear and paperwork is in order. If not i'll send u guys back and go on the ride alone.
Anybody else deciding to join us and have not put your name here, we will be leaving chandini chowk at 0545 sharp. Kindly note the requirements for safety gear and paperwork.
Please top up fuel tank and check Air by tonight, so that there are no surprises tomorrow.
