I am planning to take my bike (RTR 160) to a private mechanic in a few days. Can any one suggest me a good mechanic in Pune. I am from Hinjewadi. Someone suggested me a mechanic in Shivaji Nagar but that guy is a Pulsar mechanic. Also how much will a full engine service cost from a private mechanic?

Hey guys,
Planned a ride to Goa on 4th Jan 2014. Will leave from office on Friday and stay at my native place at Kolhapur. Next early morning leave for Goa.
Now my intention is to ride MAX on the beautiful post-maharashtra NH4!
So will go uptill Belgaum on NH4. Can anyone suggest the best route from Belgaum to Goa?
Also returning on 8th Jan...any different interesting route for ride back??

Had been to Aurangabad for 10 days for some official work, parked the vehicle [MENTION=8921]shiva[/MENTION]ji Nagar bus stand parking as I had to board 6AM shivneri "in a hurry"(worst mistake ever; hadbadi me gadbadi).
Result - 1. Paid 480 bucks (That's a hell lot of money for 2-wh parking!!)
2. RHS RVM broken.
3. Radiator fins damaged(No idea how!! :s)
4. Bike was shitted all over the place by the birds.
Learning - Pl. don't park your vehicle either a 2-wh or a 4-wh at such a place where there is a constant fear of damage or theft and never ever in a hurry.

A G2G is short for Get Together. We have used the term so often now that it is now almost second nature and so we wrongly expect everyone to know it.

Dear Friends

As we all know there are lot of bikers who like to tour/ride as a couple (husband/wifes .. or .. GF/BF), however currently most of us tour as a single couple or if we get another non-xbhpian and in fact non -biker couple (rarely). we are trying to build a common platform where we know all those interested in couple riders in a single thread and then we can plan and go on rides together.
