  • the black R15 was Jason bourne !

he had to leave early so i got only one pic of his bike.

Guy trust me....the pics are nothing. 4 guys dog fighting the entire lavasa loop was caught on the camera on the video roll. Not once..not twice...but a multitude no of times. Its gonna make for some super sweet footage.

Btw not every pic I have uploaded was clicked by me. Infact hardly any pics were clicked by me.Cause I was obviously busy trying to be a cornering wannabe.

        • Unpowered Ninja

@ TenHut - Honest feedback about your rambling about ninja being underpowered.

First of all, I think that you need to make a complete mental shift about riding. I feel that you will be equally unsatisfied with whichever SBK you buy.

Reason being - SBKs due to their inherent quality of eye popping speeds, deliver torque at a higher rpm. As you have seen with Ninja, power delivery actually starts after 7k, actually takes off at 8.5k but even in second gear, 7k places you at 60kmph. You can't utilise this torque in any city. (By the way that is the reason why you go out on every G2G ride) Even a higher cc model is going to behave in similar fashion.

I honestly feel that you should go in for a cruiser bike. (Don't laugh, listen to the reasoning) These bikes deliver their torque at a much lower rpm level and the torque curve is not a curve but a ledge. So you can actually enjoy bike's power for every second you are riding it.

I know you would be rolling around laughing about the above para but tell me how many times in a day you rev nuts off your bike just to get that power output.

Honestly, you need a bike which delivers high torque at lower rpm and sadly only cruisers fit the bill. Of course, they are heavy, not very handy in corners but if you are going to enjoy the torque for every minute you are driving every day, you can let go of few potential abilities of your bike which you may or may not explore may be once a week.

Sorry for the long, long unwarranted advice but I felt that you needed saving from yourself

          • hey here are some my side. Murtu had tagged these on FB. Am not sure who has clicked them though.
@all- Thank you all for your compliments. I am humbled to say the least but I feel this is just the first step and I have a long way to go. Which is why I am going to race this season and hit the track as many times as possible because your lap times speak volumes about your skill as a rider. It helps you understand where you stand and also provides a safe environment to further hone your riding skills.

            • Hey dudes, I think its imperative that I attend more G2Gs to be remembered. Riding with you guys was a pleasure, as always.

The last time I rode with you guys, i was on caesar, therefore was way behind you guys. This time, being in a position to keep up with you all, was a treat for the eyes, the flawless leans and lines, just killer. Following ten hut and trying to match the lines he chose, showed me a whole new side to my baby R1 (phoenix). I have been riding a bike for years now, but I got a lot to learn.

I appreciate your take on my ramblings !
But torque is not THE thing I am looking for. I have ridden my brothers MT 01 and have had that elephantastic pull at lower range.

I have mentioned about "that one HIT which never comes"

at 11K rpm currently you get something which I am calling as the "HIT"
Now all I wanted was the HIT to last a little longer.
tbh I like high rev machines...I like small bore machines...I am not a fan of big bore/more grunt/torque at low range. Theres no point having insane power at low range cause u are just gonna shove ur front into a rickshaws ass in the city. I only wished that the Ninja didnt die out on me after 12K.
                    That being my only complaint.

try taking off a green signal. You would be shifting a gear a second. Its very easy to hit the rev limiter when taking off. You want more power at doing that...not necessarily the low end...but even the top end.

Dont get me wrong pls. I aint selling this bike for anything..I am just splitting hair here. Like I have said earlier...it is worth every penny I paid for it...and I aint just saying this cause I own it now. Ask ppl who actually know how to ride a bike..like sagar...I let him ride my bike on many occasions and every single time he comes back shaking his head in awe. He has done it every single time I have given it to him.He has held my head in his arms and given it a shake while calling me a lucky bastard. The bike is GOOD...its just that I had misjudged what it could do and what it couldnt. I want more straightline power...I want a lethal drag machine..
Its not the bikes fault...its underpowered for no fault of its own ...but for mine.
