I am tentative for the ride , 4 AM is too much. If I do come, it will be on the RTR which is a hoot to ride on bad roads.

So finally the third battalion is off to Leh-Ladakh today. Shadowboy and Beruoist if off to Delhi by train today. Shadow had asked me to come to see them off and help'em in taking care of the luggage while they complete the bike packing and loading in train formalities.

Everything started off with a mess by first Biru and shadow reaching late at the meet up point. Then while going to CST most of the roads were packed with bumper to bumper traffic jam. Had to take a longer route via Marine Drive to CST station. We faced some bad ass traffic on that route as well.. To make it even worse we were riding in 1:00 pm afternoon heat. Reached CST and we unloaded all the luggage in order to pack the bikes and that's when Biru realizes that he hadn't seen the tickets properly and that we are supposed to go to Mumbai Central and not CST

So again we hastily left for Mumbai central and after a long wait of 1.5-2 hours the bikes were ready and the formalities done. Couple of pics of the bikes ready to be loaded.(Unfortunately bikes could not be loaded in the same train biru and Shadow are travelling. Bikes will be loaded in a different train later tonight).






Latest update I got from Shadow was that they have started the journey and the train has crossed Borivali. Good luck to both the riders! Ride safe!
