Any idea what's the name of the Dealer in Nal Stop?

Its called Aru traders, I believe. Doesn't DSG stock Petronas? I know he stocks AGIP for sure..

Well my friend went to gar ware showroom and took the sales guy and told there are some more people interested to buy, so the sales chap and my friend met us at sadanand and we 4 guys took a good test ride of the bike, but i did not cross 90 kmph speed as you cant predict about idiots on baner roads.

@eshan - What you expect in 5.65 lakhs tell me that, You cant expect a performance like R6 or Aprilia or ducati. Its more of like tourer with quiet decent speed and a good handling.

since you ask.....i expect the bike to be a little bit vibe free....ill show you a desi 180 which has clocked more than 25k and is a vibe free at redline!!!!...thats all mate....the only fact which scares the shit out of any biker at triple digit speeds.....it even ensures you hands to be engaged in a massage equipment!!!!
The ride and posture is top notch but of no use when you need some confidence when riding the bike faster than your thoughts.....

See i feel if you are going to buy something which takes 3 digit speeds and doesnt vibrate then you are pointing the wrong bike my friend as i told what i felt and its more of a tourer class rather than a super sports bike, i am not comparing it with ninja 250 or even 220 or R15 as they are designed for speeds while this one is relaxed bike somthing which you can ride full day . Regarding the vibrations part tell me one thing doesnt the Pulsars or RTR vibrates at high speeds.

Nope, DSG Stopped with Petronas long back.

I'm using Motul 300V FS since the past 23,000Kms. No complaints.(yet)
I just want to try out Petronas Sprinta. That's all.

All my point is the GT650R is superb and perfect but its assembly here 120kms away from home has F^&*%$ up its performance and everything....check for international reviews the bike is a gem in midsegment.....
The entire outlook changes when such beauty is dumped for cost cutting....

This is solely because of the dual purpose (tarmac+ off-road) nature of the bike, good fuel efficiency (46.6kmpl @ 90kmph on universally available and cheaper Diesel!!), excellent tank range(653km @90kmph), Rugged overall nature(military derived), Extremely good torque (53Nm @ 3300RPM ), decent power at the wheel (33 bhp.. i.e. same as Ninja 250R) and above all manageable weight (176Kg i.e. same as N250R). I would so kill to own one of these (IFF it vibrates less than a Sooraj/Bullet i.e.). Also I would point such a bike Ladakhwards in a heartbeat... I don't think many GT owners can claim this. (The cherry however is that the expected pricing of this bike is 1.75Lac)

A GT650R is however a 'fun' bike no doubt. And considering the variety we get here in India, the 'only' bike which we can buy in that money.

This just in! Rotomoids has just reported that N650R will be launched next week!! The only difference between the 2 bikes would be that there would be no test rides on the N650R, N650R is 8Kg lighter and I find the N650R a hell lot prettier with a Much more established service network and a Japanese reputation to live up to.
