Its not that Number of posts that matters, its the number of Kilometers that does and how you do those kms that matters....

A very good and safe biker not only because he can pop up either of the wheels, scrape his knees on a corner or go fast and make it look stylish but because he very well knows his limits and capabilities and has the patience to learn about others and ride safe ! :)

                • Just returned from the ride. Was late and raced to Lonavala at 110+ speed. Metup at RKs (Rama Krishna at Lonavala). There were total 11 riders. Shrinath, DK, Antz, Me and some from mumbai.
It was a good group ride. Everyone moved in a formation and it was a real good watch from the mirror. Yea there were a few incidents when some other local riders barged into our formation (Passion guy). Antz and DK were the Group leaders.
I dint understand one thing, the reason behind Antz asking to switch on the Headlights..

it's easier to spot the group riders in the rvms if the headlights are on.

                    • hey thanks to everyone, it was great to ride after a long gap post my crash but had good fun

@ utsav - keeping the headlight has 2 advantages first its alert for vehicle you are overtaking or people crossing on junnction secondly the person ahead of you can see you easily.

                        • I must confess.. Riding tail at 60-70 is much more boring than riding lead at 50-60.

@Utsav.. everyone was told to keep headlights ON at the starting point itself.. This is why you should not oversleep on ride mornings .

@Salil uncle Nice riding with you.. I understand that you got quite bored riding at speeds which we were doing in the morning. But that was something we had to do to accomodate the pace of the slower rider(s).

@Touro.. Thanks man for joining the ride, I felt much more confident knowing that you were taking care of the tailing bit.

@All my fellow riders.. I am sorry the Pavana plan got cancelled due to me. I'll carry an anti-allergic along to ensure such a thing does not happen again (with me or anybody else). The group ride discipline was much better today and I was pleased to see that.. but still there were a few moments which could have been better handled. It was good to see Pune people finally starting to learn how to ride in a Group. Now the next part would be "How to ride with a Group...FAST! "

@Mumbai people (DK, Ketan, Nin, Gautam) It was a pleasure (as always) meeting up and riding with you guys.

Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

Also, on the highway, the huge monsters can spot us (while overtaking or otherwise) easily.
