So.. the latest news is..
The Jejuri road is bad..
The Love asa-Tamhini-Lonavala road is inappropriate
The Lonavala - Amby ride will be 'just a ride to RK'.

So.. When was the last time we did a breakfast ride to Mapro Garden?
And then on the return leg... we could go to the Charanpur temple from Swades (i.e. new location with good roads all the way)..

This one sounds better ain't it?

its gonna be a 300 + round trip but these 300 kms wil be on good tarmac so it can easily be done at constant 65 kmph+ speeds (if no-one has a problem). else I will be riding with the slowest (except at the corners which is where i like to be... lol)

How about a G2G tomorrow at Roopali. Normally we have a G2G on Wednesday but being National Holiday, roopali will be extremely crowded on 26th Jan.

Am game for the ride, whichever route you guys decide upon, although with a few constraints.
1. Can someone lend me riding gear , gloves and knee guards (jacket bhi milega tho awesome )
2. My steed is TN registered and i am carrying an NOC valid from december onwards. Is this documentation enough to go around. If not,please point out.

Technical Session By Mr.Jitendra Mali

In recent times we have seen lot of bikers on forum showing interest in knowing more on technical aspects of the bike.
Some of the bikers amongst us who have decent knowledge on the topic expressed their interest in sharing their knowledge and conducting informal technical sessions. We appreciate the avid interest.

However we thought of going a step ahead and getting an industry expert who can spend time with all of us and share his experience, teach us on technical aspects, trouble shooting, maintenance techniques, answer to our queries et al.

The Moto cafe is proud to invite Mr. Jitendra Mali - Executive Director - DSK Toyota. Mr. Mali an avid automotive enthusiast, is well known in Automotive Circuits. With over 15 years of Industrial Experience, Mr. Mali appears frequently on Radio One - 94.3 FM, Pune to solve automotive queries of listeners. Mr. Mali likes spending time 3-4 hrs everyday in workshop to maintain that connect with machines.

Mr. Mali is also known for his Self Driven initiative - I OWE YOU PUNE campaign, promoting Road Safety and Greener Pune.

Breakfast at RK before heading towards Amby.
Meeting point : Chandni Chowk
Time : 6:00 AM
Starting Time : 6:30 AM Sharp.
Requirement :
#1 Riding gear and Document requirement as per mentioned on Page 1.
#2 Please ensure that you tank up the night before the ride.
Approx Distance : 180 km Return.

Senior members like Vishwas uncle, Niks, NV, and Inder will be expected to attend this one. (1 for the team guys..) It will be even better if some people from Mumbai can join in. Newbies like me need guidance from seniors as apparently we have been doing it all wrong when it comes to group rides and Mumbai people are much more disciplined in this regard and hence will be a good source of knowledge.

The above location was decided as the roads to Amby always are in reasonably good shape and the distance is also manageable as it will be <200km. So all paricipants should be reasonably fresh even after the ride for their respective 26th Jan celebrations at home. Since this is an induction ride, all the frills involved with 'Ride to the Unexplored' series has been avoided. Expecting maximum participation from all Senior/New members. The ride plan is confirmed as of now and no further changes to the plan will be made.

See you guys at Chandni Chowk day after tomorrow.
